No safe practice, crowded store. Corona risk! The 2 workers have NO mask. They are handling cash/credit cards and then vending food. After witness these non safe unsanitary practices we walked out.

The man helping us was rude, no greeting whatsoever, seemed irritated that we wanted to buy some sweets. Why even have a business?!? Wasn’t wearing a mask. Awful experience!

They ripped us off. The man cheated with the receipt. Check your order carefully.

Fantastic ice cream shakes. The location is actually in Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village next to a kitchen store and pink Jeep booth. Their alien cookie ice cream is amazing.

Looks can be deceiving... This place looked good from the outside, but the service and items we ordered were pretty bad. Advice to management... Consider allowing less people inside as your space is small inside. Very overcrowded!

$7 for 2 chocolate pretzels and 1 Oreo that tasted like bath water. Horrible service.
