I was here last year and had such a rude experience by the staff, I never thought I would return. Fast forward a year later, my daughter really wanted to come here so I reluctantly agreed. After all, I believe in second chances. The line was not too long on a Monday at 4:30pm. Stood in line for over half an hour. The woman behind the counter was by herself but at least she didn't have a mean attitude! Hopefully they got rid of that person. Ice cream was good. Got the salted caramel cheesecake for tomorrow. If it's terrible, I'll update this review but it looks delicious. Their wedding cake displays were gorgeous works of art.

Overpriced and over hyped !!. I visited this place after seeing pretty photos of cupcakes (with cactus shaped icing) and their selection of cheesecake. Sadly, I was disappointed with the quality of dessert and staff behavior. The icing on the cupcakes was incredibly hard and it didn't have much flavor. The cheesecake tasted like cheap ones you get at some gas station. I ordered a 16oz latte and it was only half filled The staff seem to be in a rush to get us out of the store.

I was so excited to get some sweets for my birthday, but the woman behind the counter completely ruined the experience. We waited patiently while another customer was being helped. Someone came in behind us. The staff member didn’t even acknowledge us and asked the other customer for her order. She had to be told that we were there first. We ordered a few treats and went to pay. I don’t know if she thought my partner tipped already but she said “thank you!” then she realized he didn’t tip (probably cause the service was lacking to begin with). Then this woman had the nerve to call my partner a “dick” which I’m sure she thought I didn’t catch. I have never had such terrible service. We got to our car where I tried my desserts. The cookie was super hard and had an overwhelming amount of chocolate. I enjoyed the taste and texture of the German chocolate cake. My only complaint was that it was 2/3 frosting. For such an expensive cupcake, I expected more cake. Will not be going here again and I don’t recommend subjecting yourself to such rude and disrespectful service.

I don’t want to give a bad review and understand it’s hard to find help. The girl that waited on us was very nice and helpful. The cheesecake cupcake had hard frosting I couldn’t cut into. The chocolate chip cookie was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. So I microwaved it to soften it and it wouldn’t soften up. I’m not sure what that was all about. Well the service was great but will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

We bought two small cakes a set of the big cookies. The cookies were delicious which is why this is getting two stars vs one. However, the 5" cakes that were $29 each were terrible. Definitely not worth the money spent. There was only one inch of cake and about 2-3 inches of icing. It was way too sweet and the flavor was lacking. Additionally, the woman who took our order was very rude and condescending. If going here, I recommend avoiding the cake and sticking with cookies.

We came in for cakes… I walked up to the counter and asked if there was just one line as it seemed the line was only for ice cream. Was told it was one line. Cool. Another couple came in and walked up and asked for cakes and was served at the counter by the same dude that told us it was one line. Didn’t say anything because by that time we were next in line. Ordered our EXTREMELY overpriced cupcakes and then went to check out. The lady literally pulled out 6 cupcakes from the glass and it was close to $75. The iPad asked for a tip and my friend declined. The lady promptly looked at us and said “oh , I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful”. Ate the cupcakes and they were 75% frosting. So annoying… I can understand higher prices, and being underwhelmed by the food… but the rude service killed the experience for me. I would never go back.
