Cold Stone Creamery

Probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The guy was great but the girl was embarrassingly rude. We arrived at 7:50 with 2 young kids to get ice cream and she tried to not serve us because she “had a family to get home to.” Sign on the door says they close at 8. There was another couple already in there who said we were with them and the lady literally threatened to call the cops on us. The guy was nice and served us with no issues. However this lady should honestly be fired immediately and I would suggest you stay clear of this place if you’re wanting ice cream anytime near closing unless you want to be talked down to and threatened by staff. Absolutely shameful to treat paying customers this way.

Usually really good, but the staff today were a bit rude. We ordered three ice creams, which we paid for, and we asked for a cup of ice for our dog and the worker said “we can’t do that.” I started to ask if I could pay for it, and she cut me off and said “I said we can’t do that.” Apart from that, the ice cream was super liquid/soft. Doubt I’ll be back. The DQ up by Oak Creek Canyon is WAY better in quality and service.

Honestly, after working here for probably a year and a half total I have to say this place is awesome. I know it's clean because I clean it. I know it's fresh made ice cream almost everyday because I make it. I love the manager. He is the best boss I've ever had yet in 29 years of life. And because there isn't any lame workplace stress, it tastes like love.
