Dunkin'

Orders were extremely backed up this morning due to computer issues. The employees were clearly rushing around and working hard to catch up while also handling disgruntled customers. They maintained calm and composed attitudes throughout and their customer service was fantastic despite what they were dealing with.

Been going here for years. I only go to Dunkin, I hate Starbucks on so many levels. Unfortunately I've seen a major decline in service and quality here. Today for example, I wasn't happy with the breakfast sandwich I ordered the other day so I only ordered 4 orders of hashbrowns aside from my normal coffee. When I got home I found all 4 bags were burnt. I was pretty disappointed concerning that's all I got for snacks for myself and my kids. I wasn't sure weather to give 2 stars or 3 due to constant decline in quality. Im not one of those people like so many to give 1 star just because they forgot to put sugar in my coffee. Hope they find more reliable staff though. If you burn something don't serve it to people. That's your loss.

Kudos to this dunkin location. I stop in here often and love the staff here they are always trying to make your day start right. From getting to know locals by first names to what they like. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Healthy choices also they carry ice cream which is a good treat for the kids when they are wanting to get out and grab a scoop walk on the Riverwalk area.
