I love Chipotle, I’ve been eating it for over 8 years all over the county. This location, however, is poorly managed. Today is the second day in a row that I’ve been there and both days they were
1. Out of multiple ingredients
2. The food was cold
I understand it’s Covid, but this is my assessment.
I’m not giving 1-star because the people are still nice. But when I pay 15$ for a bowl, I expect it to be at-least warm when I eat it and I expect consistency.
I hope the management takes this as feedback.

We live centrally between 3 different locations that are about 15 minutes away for us. This one is consistently the best burritos and service. But today my wife used the app to order and thought she'd used a reward for free guacamole. Once she got the receipt of the order emailed to her she realized it hadn't gone through. So I asked when I arrived if we could get it with our order or if I had to place another order because it's free with another purchase. "We can't do anything for you. You need to place another order for something". The coupon expires in a few days and we only splurge on this every month or two because of our budget. Boo, I say. Boo. Bad form.

0 star. Poor service, has been going down. We saw a recent 5star without details, decided to try again, ordered 3 bowls, the server was very stringy on her scoops. Embarrassing I kept asking for more, the 3 bowls came out just a little more than half full, bit my tongue, paid and got out of there. In this pandemic, the cashier didn't even wear gloves to handle payments, cups, utensils, napkins. We had to trash these and got our own. The staff don't care for their customers, they don't deserve our business any more, unless it bring back consistently legit 5 stars reviews.

Amber and her manager Phil were very disrespectful. I was hung up on multiple times, and they refused to answer my phone calls when I was inquiring about a complaint.
Inside the store I could hear Amber complaining to her coworkers and making fun of my clarification on my order. After I heard that, I thought it best to complain to a manager.
Phil, the manager, tried to intimidate me by saying he knows where I work, as I was in company attire.
I hope these phone calls are recorded to show I was still trying to ask questions and pursue a customer complaint when I was hung up on.
I’m very upset with how I’ve been treated since I’ve been going to chipotle for years. I don’t think any customer interaction should take on this type of attitude from an employee.

THE FOOD IS GREAT, BUT THE PORTIONS ARE VERY DISAPPOINTING THERE WAS BARELY ANY MEAT ON THE TACOS. I SPEND ALMOST $30.00 DOLLARS IN A FEW TACOS AND A BURRITO THE FOOD IS VERY EXPENSIVE HERE AND IS JUST THE PORTIONS THAT ARE VERY DISSAPOINTING. I WILL REALLY THINK ABOUT IT TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE.

I understand with the pandemic being an issue things are different. But why does that mean this location likes to go light on their portions? Ordered a burrito bowl, barely had rice or beans, had to ask for "more" just so it would be at the "proper" amount per chipotle's standards. Same issue with the rest of the order, this is the 3rd time this has happened. I'll go to another chipotle from now on, this one has struck out.

Clean, and take out is fast moving. You are in and out! Food is tasty, hot salsa could be spicier.

Friendly staff, accurate order, tasty food. What more can you ask of a Chipotle? Oh and the restaraunt seemed cleaner than some others.
