I would give this half a star if I could, Iris is probably the worst employee I’ve ever encountered out of all KFC employees I’ve had decent assistance with. Her lack of respect for customers amuses me with that foul and snobbish attitude of hers. Won’t be eating here ever again.

Agreed. Manager is never available when issues arise and they hardly ever answer the phone. Also, beware- this store has a bad habit of closing early. No notes on door and dead silence in drive thru. The lack of basic service at night is alarming!!! Is the GM even aware how horrible this locat

My sandwich was inedible. Hard as a rock after sitting in heat lamps for hours. I hope I don't get sick from the half sandwich I ate. They also always run out of random things, like potato wedges, and often don't serve menu items that every other KFC does. Done with this place.

Not the best KFC but it isn't bad. All these bad reviews are from bad customers who go around criticizing things and coming back just to start problems. Stop coming to this KFC if it's so bad and leave your review to yourself, this is the best KFC is West Seattle. Either go to 4th Ave, white center

Chicken has repeatedly been dry. Also, they won't let you switch coleslaw for other side in bucket anymore. I am an old school KFC girl that can't bring myself to go to this one again.
