Unfortunately this place missed the mark big time. To put it bluntly they pick and choose who they give quick service to and even the simplest order of nachos takes 20 minutes and they aren't to intuitive about packing nachos up so it doesn't get all over the bag when you open the bag 😢. Hong was exceptionally rude. I asked for the check, she gave me the device to review the bill, I glanced at it, and she took away and said other people are waiting.. I literally took 2 seconds to review the bill... also the omlette was mildly cold.. not sure why?

Exactly what you’d expect for an airport bar/restaurant. Had a full bar, was open at 6am, food was airport normal (so expensive but typically so), and service was prompt. Is near the A10-13 gates. Service was a tad slow to close out early in the morning, so just make sure to keep an eye on time.

Really bad customer service the lady that took my order was very rude and didn’t let me speak to a manager I only try to seat on a table with my brother after ordering our food and she was so disrespectful and I had to eat on just by gate uncomfortable because of her.

Terrible place. clam chowder is like it was staying there for the week and then they just bring you this piece of soup, yeah, it’s not liquid - it is a PIECE of soup. WORST experience in this Seattle airport
