The Organic Coup

This is a pretty good chicken restaurant featuring all organic chicken. I tried out the most popular chicken sandwich with the spicy BBQ ranch sauce. It come with colelsaw on top for roughly $9 it's not a bad lunch deal for Seattle. A bit of a trek for me to get to the Colombia center, but it was tasty so I will likely return. They also have wraps and tater tots. But the menu is still limited to just chicken and some breakfast items. My only real complaint is the lack of sides and no real combo options. The only add ons I saw were the tots and guacamole to top your sandwich. That being said, the staff is friendly and it was a good lunch experience.

The place is located inside Columbia Center. Nowhere does it say that so it took several minutes and having to ask around to find it. Then the portion seemed to be too big. ~$15 for a salad? You can cut the portion in half and still have a very satisfying meal that should be $7-8 tops. The tater tots are just regular greasy tater tots. Oh, and they didn't put napkins or a fork in the bag so I walked away to find a place to sit and then realized I couldn't eat anything.

I certainly can appreciate that at times many orders can get mixed up at a restaurant. The issue is when you mistakenly call out a paying customer for taking an order and don’t apologize. Not only did the clerk call out across the front area calling attention to the possible mistake, but once I showed my receipt of purchase her colleague simply said “oh it is yours. You’re good.” Of course I’m good, I paid for my meal. If the staff simply said they were sorry, we would have been fine. I would have been fine with the variety of people staring in my direction if there was some attempt to own their mistake. There was none, and I’m thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service.
