Mcdonald's

Pretty fair about most things and even some people have partial dine-in but oddly this McDonald's doesn't and it's even off the beaten path and is not publicized when you bring it up. A lot of other places too so save yourself a trip if you're looking for a sit down off the beaten path of the I-5. I was really disappointed too that you took the chicken McGriddle off the value menu.

I have consistently had poor service at this location with workers getting the order wrong. Yesterday they didn't put the side of Mac Sauce I ordered in the bag but still charged me. Today I went to order again and get the sauce from yesterday. The cashier was assuring that there wasn't any charge for Mac Sauce but I had the receipt showing I was charged. He had me go to the next window, without giving me a new receipt for my order so I don't know if he charged me again for the sauce from yesterday, and ask the person at that window. He had no idea about the sauce and it was forgotten again. The manager came and said that there was a charge so I just asked for the sauce they forgot yesterday. She gives it to me in an actual drinking cup with some sauce at the bottom. How am I supposed to access the sauce stuck at the bottom of the cup. These workers are regularly disrespectful and even the manager was this time. On another occasion when McDonald's was giving a breakfast for educators I went for a free breakfast since I am a public educator. The lady said that this location was not participating in that promotion. I checked the internet and they in fact did so I went back to tell them. Then she said, "You mean the meal for teacher?" The meal was not only for teachers. Either way it's obvious that teachers are also educators. These workers are absurd.

I placed my order from the Macdonald App, which says the store is open at 9 pm. However, it is only open for drive through. I walked there and the staff said I must be in a car to pick up my order! This is so ridiculous since I have already paid for my order. Then she said I should refund it. I am totally disappointed how disorganized it is! You should have told me it is drive through only when I made the order. The staff is also too lazy to be flexible and pack my order for me!

0 stars. Placed a mobile order picked up curbside and on my way. Halfway home to find all the sandwiches are missing from my order!!!! I was so mad. I called and the only thing they could do was for me to go back to pick up the sandwiches . Are you kidding. I was so mad. I couldn’t go back. This is not the first time. This place has bad customer service!!!!

To anyone who cares 😀 On Friday night I was delivering food and after 9 hours in Seattle traffic I waited in line to do a double delivery for over 30 minutes for Uber eats. after it was my turn I told the drive through my code he asked me to repeat it several times then MR. Jackson calls me a “IDIOT” after they give me the food to deliver they report me to Uber for being unprofessional. I know I am just a Uber delivery driver but it still hurts 😔
