B's Po Boy - Seattle - Photo album

This place is really good. I'm from Louisiana and it was very close to the few I grew up with. The shrimp poboy were delicious (they have the real poboy bread. The etouffee was perfect.
Quick summary: - Sandwiches were great (shrimp fried perfectly, great seasoning). - French fries were okay. - Atmosphere is nice, but a bit bland. - Chalkboard with beer list and drink specials needs to be written much larger (or a daily, printed menu should be provided at each table). - Weird dich
Was there for the soft open had great service and amazing food. I was amazed how good it was when they were brand new. The Muffaleta Po boy and onion rings blew us away, made us feel like we were back in NOLA. So glad they came to West Seattle.
Made to order beignets!!! Don't forget to ask for the house made caramel sauce. I was very impressed with the kids chicken strips. Pulled Pork Po Boy was tasty and the fries were excellent.
Great place to eat, great view and the cocktails are especially awesome. Very friendly staff also 😁
BBQ shrimp sandwich was $14 and loaded with shrimp, delicious! Fries and slaw we're also great, will definitely return!
The food was all amazing! I'm pretty sure these are the best Beignets I've ever had
Great place for a bite and drink, atmosphere is just stellar!!!!! Love this place
