Was here this weekend and got to try a few different dishes. We had the boiled fish w green pepper oil, Dry pot chicken, lamb meat pot and chicken friend rice! So good ! The lamb was so soft and tender. Great authentic Chinese restaurant tucked in the heart of university district in Seattle. Large variety of options to choose from and customize each dish with a variety of non-meat and non-spicy options. The dry pot chicken was delicious with potatoes and lotus root and other vegetables. The portions are generous and the service was good too . Meina was taking care of us. Very good service! Will definitely be going here again !

The food here is awesome! Authentic and tasty. All dishes are very heavily seasoned and on the saltier side, make sure to pair with rice. Service was fast and food was cooked fast as well. Highly recommend this restaurant :)

Decent sichuan food without having to go all the way to Bellevue. The portions are pretty good for the price. $72 for 3 rice portions and 4 dishes. Dandan noodles - was made flat noodles and not very spicy. good amount of numbing flavor. Taste overall was ok, 3/5 Lazi chicken - just chicken and chilies. Tasty, but the chicken was a bit dry. Some other places I've gone to have had little bits of crispy green beans, and I usually prefer that. Spice level feels fairly mild for Sichuan food. No shortage of numbing taste though, 4/5 lamb cooked with peppers and cumin, probably the best dish we ordered. Strong cumin and peppery taste with good amount of lamb and peppers. Some cuts were fatty and not very good, but overall good 4/5 Mapo Tofu - the most disappointing order, dish was runny and seemed watered down somehow. Felt like it lacked the savoriness from meat sauce and also wasn't salty enough - definitely was in need of more broad bean paste. 2/5 Overall, would return if too lazy to drive out to Bellevue.

Food and service are delicious! If you order a bowl of rice, you can refill it for free so it is highly recommended to have it with a group of friends! I have been here for like four times and we really love the tofu and the meat pot with 5 kinds of additional griddles! Personally I am not a big fan of spicy food but the tofu is not spicy and all and very match with rice. My friends who like spicy food really enjoy a lot. If you’re not a big fan of spicy food, some dishes can be customized the level of spicy as well!

Took my friend here for his first experience of Szechuan cooking and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the $60 course with the chili oil fish, pork stir fry, cold beef, and beans. We had a bunch of left overs but really think that this is the play to try out a bunch of different dishes and flavors. For me, the chili oil fish fish and cold beef were my favorites. In total, this set is an awesome value. I’m not sure how liquor licenses work here but I really wish they could serve beer here. A cold Tsingtao would really hit the spot!

I got a fingernail clipping in my food and didn’t notice until I pulled it out of my mouth. It was one of the nastiest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. They didn’t charge me for the dish but still charged me for the side and drink I ordered. Absolutely shameful. Never go here. Enough said.

Decent Szechuan food. If you don't want to travel south of lake union this will probably be your best bet. Surprisingly not very spicy. Also it tasted like they added sugar to the eggs and tomato almost giving it a ketchup flavor. I did appreciate that they included lotus root the boiled fish though.

Best Szechwan food in Seattle area! Their Tofu with special yolk sauce is by far the best I’ve had among all their Szechwan food restaurants. Service is friendly, and their the owner Tom is very friendly and accommodating! I will rate 10 stars out of 5.
