I eat here almost every single day. It is my favorite place to eat and unwind. I find so much comfort coming here and having a bowl of hot veggie or shrimp pho with a pot of hot tea. I occasionally get their egg rolls and spring rolls as well. The food is always delicious and fresh and the staff is always so kind. I have walked in and gone straight to the restroom before and when I came out my food was already on a table for me. They know what I like to order and have memorized it. They take such good care of their customers there and the food is such good quality. I bring anyone I meet there and they love it as well. Such a wonderful business ❤️

I have been coming here a lot of times with my bf. I love the Bun thit nuong here. I am Vietnamese and it just tastes delicious. The price is great and big portion as well. The servers are really friendly too. Highly recommend ♥️

So horrible customer service. A guy worked there was not helpful at all. I ordered one Shrimp pho for to go. When I came back home, I opened the bag and container. The basil obviously looked old, the bean sprouts smelled sour… I think they pre packed vegetables in bags, preserving those in the fridge. also the shrimps smelled fishy…

Really quick and efficient service. Given it's Seattle, surprisingly large portions for a good price too. Got the spicy chicken teriyaki and would definitely get it again. I would pass on the extra meat option as the original serving size is plenty.

Really good! The fried garlic was a nice touch, the vegetables were fresh, and the pork and sauce was flavorful. My only complaint is that the noodles were a little stuck together, but they weren't too old.

This is straight garbage. I ordered a pho and the noodles lacked flavor. My mom ordered a rice dish and you could tell they didn’t just cook it and it was left over, not fresh, and dry. IT LITERALLY CAME OUT A MINITE AFTER WE ORDERED!!!! Fast service but rude. The man serving us was straight up RUDE! The man was just absolutely rude and it disgusted me and made me wanna puke. If I could give this place no star or a negative star I would but unfortunately the lowest I can is give it a one. I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a bad experience food wise and service wise.

Ordered shrimp pho. Got home and opened everything up- no shrimp. Would've appreciated a receipt to inquire if I was charged for the shrimp or not, the balance sure seemed like it. Wouldn't be upset if this were the first time receiving poor service from this place; previously overcharged and just overall unhappy workers. Not worth it for me to go again.

Food is pretty good the pho is awesome same with the vermicelli noodle bowls (bun) potstickers sre good same with fresh rolls. The peanut sauce has good flavor just really watered down the iced coffee was really disappointed not good
