My first time at this particular Subway. The guy loaded my sub like crazy! I have never felt so full after having a sub haha. Amazing value for money , fresh ingredients and good taste!

I been here a few times and every time has been horrible! One time there was a guy who started to make my food on the white sheet that they put down under the sandwich and I stopped and asked what he was doing and he said it's a faster way to put the meat and cheese on there then dump it on the sandwich. 🤔😳 I was like no thank you and asked him up make it regularly in which he did.
Second time I ordered a wrap online to pick up on me way to work and when I ate it; it was so dry because they forgot the mayo and sweet onion sauce and it was falling apart like not inside the wrap at all.
Third time I went which was today 1/23/22 the guy was rude when they were the ones that didn't have anything I asked for like no Flatbread or bowls to make a salad. I didn't watch him make my sandwich like I should've but when I went to eat my sandwich it was cold after I seen him put it in their oven to toast it 😠so basically I had a cold egg breakfast sandwich. I would suggest NOT ordering online and if you go in watch closely.

If you dine in past 9 pm there will be a great number of online orders. You may be the only person in line but will have to wait for 5-7 online orders before your turn is up. During the day it's fast and friendly service but I'm not sure why they only have one person at the counter during the night. Poor guy had 6 sandwiches going and the register printing more online orders.It looks like they can't even turn online orders off even if they are short staffed.

I ordered using the app. I guess they ignore these order because when I arrived after the app said it was ready they hadn't even started my order. I had to wait in line to even ask about it. I lost my voice with a non-covid cold which is why I used the app to order.
I am banned from this location for asking why my food wasn't ready. They did eventually give me my food. But I am not allowed back.
Warning to all NEVER ORDER ONLINE. Or you might end up like me.

Came in at 11 pm and the poor guy was alone. He had at least 5 mobile orders while working with 3 separate customers in the shop. This location's management needs to do better for its employees. It's not ok to over work and take advantage of your employees like this.

Order online, took my money. When I show up they tell me they've closed down the online orders and wouldn't do anything to help. Terrible customer service. I was standing right in front of you and you still wouldn't try to do anything to help. I better not get charged for my online order that I never received.

There is no other feeling than finishing a final and coming here late at night. It’s open 24 hours. That’s amazing. The employee was moving so fast between the mobile orders and the in-person orders I was amazed. Not to mention how he replaced gloves in between changing tasks!

Only 1 employee is ever working at once. And recently a new employee has been blocking the door and talking to the security outside. He said he was on break but my coworker went a few hours before and said he’d told him, that he was on break. Also if you order online, don’t expect it to be ready when you arrive. When I arrived my order and 2 other were still not even started.
