EXCELLENT service, homemade food, generous selection of milk alternatives. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they are pricey. That's understandable though, it IS right by the yacht club.
Good place for a quick bite and drink. I'm sure the rent is high down here, a small coffee cost is $5.25 plus $0.50 for a debit card usage fee. The interior is a neighborhood Cafe with local art and people on laptops. The penny floor is $1k total.
In a full shop the "Karen" with the chest birthmark rudely yelled at a customer an older man to pull his mask up as it had fallen low ON his nose. Being a small shop everyone heard her and her employees both very nice young men dropped their heads in shame.
