I ordered a #2a meal, plain on the burger with large fries and a medium chocolate shake. Burger, fries, shake. It's like THE quintessential McD order, and it still took a manager two tries to figure out that I didn't want an extra order of large fries. To top it off: my burger came with all the fixings.
Food was excellent though. I'd give this location 5 stars if they could take my order accurately and give me the food I ordered.

Manager was the one taking orders for drive thru. I tell you that this dude got no customer service skills at all. Very RUDE rushing our order. His excuse “the system is shutting down soon”. If that was the real case, why didn’t you just tell us that the store is closed down and y’all won’t be taking any more orders! Used to love this location BUT now we hate this location if that manager will remain there!

got cold fries. Told the manager they were cold , she apologized and said she would be right back. She walks back in, adds ketchup to my bag to make it seem like a different one, and brings it back out. Great management.

I like this McDonald’s is in my neighbor the order was fast and accurate plus the woman that look for my ticket instead of asking if it was ready she just jumó and made it really fast , I was so happy today 06/30/22 at 6:50 pm 👦🏻🍔

I loved this Mc, the food wasn't bitter like others Mc I've tried. My children loved it too!
I think they need to change oil more often? Because others Mc have bitter taste, has anyone experienced it?

Just a busy McDonald’s at lunch rush and they had no apple pies and no cherry pies just strawberry and cream and then they didn’t take the coupon I had cause some reason and so it was just a lackluster McDonald’s with mediocre food and I did like the lady taking my money and we had a second when our hands touched and it sparked and I looked at her and told her I never felt hand like that before it was so soft and thank her for that it made my day!

My partner and I live a few minutes from this McDonalds, I have never felt compelled to right a review for a fast food joint until Today:
We have never had a correct order coming to this McDonalds and have been here 10+ times, they always forget something i.e. sauce, fries, sometimes even whole burgers. I have no clue how they do it, but they must have poor communication in house.
We once had the guy in-front of us receive our $30 order when all he bought was a hot fudge sunday. We then had to wait out front for nearly 20 minutes not including time spent waiting in line. I mean how difficult is it to double check the order before handing it out, you have receipts for a reason…
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this McDonalds if there is another nearby, and if you do, sit in the car and check that all of your order is in the bag before leaving.

Every time I go here I get slow service and oil filled fries, no matter the time of day and if there is a line or not. This time they forgot one of my burgers and by the time we got a replacement the rest of the order was cold. Will definitely be going to a different location in the future.
