Nice staff and convenient location, but outrageous shipping prices with zero transparency into their markup. I took in a print that couldn’t have been more than 8 pounds total (picture frame-sized box): they measured it, clacked away on the computer, and told me the cheapest rate was $97 FedEx ground. To send a print to Texas! Won’t be making that mistake again. Try the UPS Store in Jefferson Square or wait in line at the post office - you’ll save a bundle.

I am sad that my first time visiting Alki Mail & Dispatch will probably be my last. I am moving out of WA in the coming weeks and Alki Mail & Dispatch came through for me when I needed them most. I was closing on a house and needed over 100 pages printed on legal sized paper without much notice. By the time I sent the documents for printing and made the 10-minute drive there, they were already wrapping up my print job. The two gentlemen working on 5/12/2021 at 9 a.m. were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was extremely stressed with my emotions running high, but these two gentlemen were friendly (yet professional) and put me at ease. I'm sorry I don't have their names but I hope this positive review gets shared with them.

Friendly staff, but after a few years have decided I won’t be back. It’s just silly that they don’t have WiFi given the weird lack of cell service at their location. Anytime I’ve been there and needed to print something that I’m able to send from my phone, if I didn’t remember to send the file ahead of time or need to send something different, I have to leave then come back because I can’t connect there. They offer a computer you can use but it turns a quick in and out into a whole ordeal. I’m over it. Get WiFi.

I give 3 stars for past experience, but they don't notarize everything. And they don't tell you that when you call. I just saw another review that said the same and it was for notarizing a will. Well they don't notarize for power of attorney either. I dragged my ninety-some years old mother all the way there and they told me they didn't notarize power of attorney. And I called ...
