Siam Bistro - Seattle - Photo album

They make the BEST gluten free drunken noodles (pad kee mao) I've ever had, even use the wide noodles! They try to offer most of their dishes gluten free. My friend always gets the swimming Rama which tastes amazing too. They homemake their chili sauce which is why I think their dishes taste so phen
I have to agree with other 5 star reviewers, best Thai food in my life! Something special here, I'm expecting to see them on one of those food and travel shows. It tastes like whoever cooked the food is doing what they really love doing.
I gave an extra star since the customer service was good, but that's where it ends. My food was extremely salty and there was barely any chicken that was edible. It was fried so hard and so salty that half of the entree went to waste. 😑😒 I'm highly disappointed I expected better much better.
Small kitchen, big flavor. I was alone in the dining room but they just *nailed it*. Fresh, spicy, balanced, delicate and fierce - my expectations were handily exceeded. Come hungry.
food was somehow better than it smells. Wouldn't necessarily suggest taking the fried pork belly home via takeout, sometimes things just dont travel well, but very much looking forward to eating it there next time.
Amazing food and good flavors. Its like mom is in the kitchen cooking. Great service and very friendly.
Siam Bistro is a fantastic Thai restaurant. Everything I tried, from the coconut prawns to the panang curry to the basil fried rice was incredible. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this restaurant if you are craving delicious Thai food in this area. 😋
One dish was tasty, the other was somewhat flavorless but spicy. Portions seemed small but adequate. Service was great and pick up time from ordering was great. Lots of parking but busy turnover from takeout lunch orders. Will give them another chance and hope for less cooked meats.
