Review Sur - Seattle

Been there for a concert of Ukrainian band “Boombox”. The event was nicely organized. Concert hall is great for about 250-300 people. We arrived on Uber and I’ve seen parking places around the building.

Small music venue. Parking is easy, venue is a little… intimate for concerts. They opened the doors about 30 minutes after the tickets said doors would open and seemed like getting in was clunky. Definitely going back to try the food when the restaurant side is open.

A huge thank you to the staff of Club Sur. During a show our friend had a medical incident and the security team helped us get her swiftly outside to wait for the EMTs and the Manager brought her cold waters and came to help. They were kind and professional in a crisis.

Went for a Raw artist event. It was very cool. I had a friend showing her art. All the artist were very friendly and happy to talk about thier art. At the bar I ordered an IPA and fries. It was very tasty. That atmosphere was energetic. Service was laid back and chill. It was busy but the bar tenders took the time but they got the job done.

I went for a friend’s art show but showed up early and had beer and apps. The atmosphere is comfortable and unassuming. The food was good and the restaurant side of the club is pretty low key. Once the music started up and we moved to the art show it was very hot, very crowded, and so loud!!

I had the experience to go to this club today August 21, 2021 to see a group from my country, and i had a blast, i had VIP tickets, but no table reserved, but the manager was very helpful and found me a table close to the stage and i was very satisfied, the waitress, bartender were awesome service and this won't be the last time that i will attend this club, thank you all of you for a great service.

Every time I come here I leave happy. The food is so good!!! The Cubano is just a staple. You want good food in Seattle with a great atmosphere? Get to this place!!!! I visit weekly.

There's 2 dance floors, 2 bars, a stage and great side booths for snuggling up and taking in the view. There's some parking but the lot isn't huge but there's free street parking.

Went for a company holiday party. Food was quite good, venue is a little dark. Seems better for concerts than social parties but maybe I'm just getting old.

IM FAMILAR WITH SUR CLUB AND THEY LOVE BOSS'C.. ALL MY EXPOSURE STARTED AT SUR CLUB. FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY REALLY COULD USE THE TOURIST ATTRACT.. WHY? THE AREA IS PERFECT IM JUST SAYING I PAY ATTENTION..SUPPORT THEM TELL EM BOSS'C FROM AFTON SHOWS SENT YA!!

Great club! this was my first time here and i loved the atmosphere and feel. The food was a bit on the expensive side but otherwise it was a great experience

I loved the food, live music and salsa dancing. It's a fun spot you should check it out.

Club Sur is a great place to discover new and local bands as well as others that come through from out of town.The bar sells earplugs for your convenience so you can enjoy the diversity of the bands that perform with comfort.

We are from Puerto Rico, Club Sur has everything, good food, drinks and excellent live music (we love Cambalache). People say that is pricey, I don't know what they expect from Seattle? Every dollar over there was worth. We dance every song and we have plans to come back pretty soon!

First time here...big dance floor, big place in general, drinks and food are good, good service, live music was good, they Dj was good too..we definitely come back for more..love the Latin atmosphere..

I went here for dinner and dancing with my husband , we had high hopes because of the reviews and we were excited to eat Cuban food with him being Cuban and us having grown up in Miami around Cuban culture our whole lives. We were ready for a taste of home. The best part was the salsa lesson, quick little lesson and then music for us to enjoy and dance. The food had a great taste and was authentic but overpriced, we spent the whole night laughing at the fact that the food was so pricey, we had a Groupon so we weren't too concerned. We knew we had purchased more than the Groupon covered so we were expecting to pay at least $65 more, and then we got a bill of $127, for 1 entree, 4 drinks, and two appetizers ( which were two empanadas and 5 tostones). We were shocked. Coming from Miami, I have had expensive drinks but at places where price matches the venue. I paid $40 for two double shots! $40!! And they weren't even TRUE double shots, they REALLY skimp the alcohol on them, and the mixed drinks we had were pure mixer and ice almost NO alcohol. They also charged us $25 in added gratuity, which was NOT. 20% like the menu said it was more like 26% considering it was $94.50 before the tip. Service also sucked, and I mean BAD. Our waitress was nice and it's not her fault but for the amount of people they had, they needed more servers. When our appetizers came out, we had no napkins, I had to go up to the bar and get some, when we wanted our second round of drinks I had to go up to the bar and order them myself because our server had been with other tables for quite a while (pretty much serving everyone by herself, poor woman) If they are going to charge $25 (26%) in tip for service, they need to have the coverage so that your server can be attentive. This was honestly probably the worst night when you consider what we paid and what we got, I would give negative stars if I could.

The only and best salsa Club for the latinos and Americans in Seattle ! I name it " The jazz alley of the latinos in Seattle "

Drinks are way overpriced, the service kind of slow. Then, the cover charge is only CASH! Can you believe that? The sound system sucks as well as the DJ. On the bright side the waitress was really sweet and courteous.

My first time there, and was alittle shy, until I saw some people I recognize, I enjoyed the place, the DJ, and music too. I would go again.

Great club, good music, delicious food, nice and friendly service and the drinks were strong and well mixed, definitely coming back.
