Pagliacci rocks! Not only are their pizzas and salads consistently delicious, but their customer service is beyond. Ordering and delivery experience is a breeze. We are huge fans… and they take care of their regulars 🥰
Pizza is always good, as in other establishments of this brand, but the attitude towards customers wants to be better, not everyone, but sometimes it is so rude... it's very strange, I have the opportunity to be in other locations and compare, I don't understand the reason, I it's nicer to drive to downtown Seattle 415 E Pike it's always flawless there
Awesome pizza. Every time we've gotten pizza from any Pagliacci location it's been the best pizza. As someone from Los Angeles, I can only dream of having as good a pizza place local to us. We make it a point to get Pagliacci pizza
Great pizza but I'd give a special shout out to Walter he's usually on till and he always seems in a good mood he gives the best customer service and makes the whole experience more enjoyable
If you ever need a quick slice or two this is the place. I always forget that they don't start delivery during the week until 4pm 🥲🥲🥲

Great food! Used to eat here almost every day when I worked around the corner insulating a building garage. Nice, clean, comfortable dining area. They make different pizzas on different days. Really delicious food. Do your self a favor and stop by! I don't think you'll regret that decision. One of the best pizza places I've been to.
Excellent pizza, The crust is absolutely fantastic. We also ordered a family sized salad that was excellent I don't know what the dressing was but it was delicious. They have televisions with sports so guys like that and as far as the location/atmosphere it was cold and its in kind of a random location but nothing wrong, per se. I will say this looks like a "cheap pizza joint" but if that's what your going for this pizza isn't cheap. But it was excellent IMO worth the spend. Would totally return. Service was very good and friendly. Super plus, I like to chew my calories not eat them and they have the coke soda machine that makes all of different soda flavors in diet which I love.
I love all Pagliacci Pizzas but this one consistently knocks it out of the park. I’m an Office Manager at a nearby office and I regularly order large take out orders (6-8 pizzas, two banquet salads). The staff is always working their butts off the get the order complete and I appreciate them so much for that. They are always helpful and kind. And of course the pizza and salads are always delicious. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Great food. Fantastic customer service. After a long and rough day at work, I popped in on the way home to pick up a delicious Lil Woody's Primo. Since I was grabbing a prepaid takeout order I wasn't going to be in the store very long. Yet the gentleman who gathered my order was exceptional with customer service in the moment, very friendly, and very accommodating. I went from my own customer-facing job (where I spent the day getting yelled at for things outside of my control) to having a top-shelf experience. This is the definition of truly great customer service-- striving endlessly to make peoples' days better, spreading positivity to people who may have had the worst day of their life. It is these small moments that can turn the tide. Well done.
I used to live right across the street and these guys were our go to for comfort food or a large gathering. I've never had a negative experience the entire time we lived in Interbay! Being able to pick up a pizza late at night after flying for 22 hours is incredible.
Very friendly and helpful when ordering. Tried a slice from the grab and go table up front. Very happy with the freshness and quality. Tried the centioli, amazing, and great size for sharing.
Fast service, good pizza. Hard to find a place where you can get a slice of pizza and a beer for ten bucks. Just what I needed after hiking nearby
Probably the nicest staff I've ever met. I somehow placed an online order for a different store, and they made me a replacement, cancelled and refunded the other, and did it so nicely and quickly. On top of that, this store has the most consistently good pizzas. Absolutely love this location.
Always good pizza, and open late. I'm only deducting a star for the sometimes unfriendly crew. Specifically one young woman always scowls at me and acts like she hates me, when I've literally been polite to her every single time and always clean up after myself. Believe me, i understand working in food service is hard, but there's no excuse for scowling at polite customers.
This place is the best! Everytime I place an order everyone I talk to treats me with the best customer service and professionalism I've ever received. The drivers and entire staff are so good. The pizza is incredibly delicious and always hits the spot. Thank you Pagliacci!
We stopped by after a long hike and were super happy with the pizza. It was really good. We ordered the Philly cheese steak one and it was didn't disappoint. It was also fun to watch them toss the crust while we waited for them to make the pizza. Overall it's one of the best pizzas I've had in the Seattle area.
