Review Bad Bishop - Seattle

Great vibe! We went for a late Friday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. We had a tall, quiet man as our bartender and he was fantastic. I don’t drink so a lot of the fancy drinks are out to window for me but he made my Shirley temple just as pretty. The food was great and the prices were no more than what you’d expect. 5 stars! Would certainly go again :)

Fantastic local bar and restaurant. There’s a strong community of folks that has been forming here over the last few years. It’s not the kind of community that’s exclusive or exclusionary, so come in, have a seat, get some amazing drinks and delicious food, meet a new friend and really feel welcome in this neighborhood gem. Do not miss the burger (double meat, double cheese, please!) and fries, and any cocktail (the Homecoming is a great one).

Wonderful bar. Service is amazing from both extreme efficiency and calm whateverness. Love the interior and location. Wishing all the best and I continue coming!

I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood spot - whether you’re in the mood for a tasty cocktail or an icy beer they’ve got you covered with some of the best around. If you’re feeling hungry there’s a small ever evolving menu of snacks and bites - try the burger for real tho, smash patty heaven.

My husband and I just had an amazing experience at Bad Bishop. We walked by and were able to get seated outside on one of their cute patio tables. The owner was super welcoming, attentive and our mezcal drinks were amazing! Their fries are also so great if you are just wanting a little bite with drinks! We cannot wait to come back and have dinner and drinks here again!

Cool bartender chill vibes, just passing through, she needed to pee this ended up being the place to be. He seemed to be well versed in craft cocktails if that's your jam. It's mine forsure

Excellent experience here this past Friday. Came for the Forcetta pop-up and some cocktails. The proprietors Jesse and Keaton are super friendly and provided a great experience. Their cocktails were inventive and delicious, nailed exactly what my fiancé and I were craving. The Roman inspired menu was also fantastic. Can’t wait until Forcetta’s next pop-up and will dream about the Gaunciale until then!

Bartender was wonderful, and this is exactly what the Seattle bar scene should be. Not pretentious, simply about bringing hospitality and delicious tasting cocktails. Can't wait to return

2nd time here and still love it. Got the Mac and brussel sprouts— highly recommend both. Lovely, caring and attentive bartenders, cozy atmosphere and hearty food. Great for small groups or a date night. Will be back many times with many more friends

Good bar! Ironically don't have chess sets available except one that's really jacked up. Maybe bad bishop is a reference to the horrible revelations regarding some administrative practices of various diocese. Who knows. Anyway burger? Great! Go there

Absolutely love this bar. Unassuming. Everyone treated like a regular. Great cocktails.

The craft cocktail scene in and around Pioneer Square has a new entry and it is going to be a hit. The menu is small and the selections are so far all excellent. I had the mac and cheese. The pasta was properly done, not the pile of mush that one gets everywhere. The cocktails balanced, made with attention, while being unfussy and totally lacking pretension. Be sure to put Bad Bishop in your cocktail crawl rotation. Update: I typically skip vodka cocktails because... vodka. For some reason, I decided to try the Blind Swine. Don't miss this drink. Update Part II: Make sure to try the chai daiquiri. Nuanced, subtle, complex... It is the standard daiquiri equation, elevated.

Excellent food, good ambiance, attentive service and spectacular cocktails. Best eating/drinking experience we had on a short trip to Seattle.

Spilled my drink, in less than 10 seconds go a towel to clean my outfit, in less than 2 mins got a new/free drink. These guys know how to treat their customers. Def going back. Also, there is a dope Kimball upright that you can sit next to and sip your drink.

Before we headed to dinner we stopped by for a drink. I had the blue Jay with (Local!) Bow Hill blueberry juice and my mom and sister were served a custom made drink by Jesse with sage and a sipsmith gin. Excited to try the food, and the homely creations from the creations.

Idk if they still do “shift drinks” but the fact that they did earns them a legacy 5 star. Good on ya Bad Bishop

No frills, cozy, welcoming place. A fun spot to unwind after work or go on a casual date. Their menu is small but everything we had was delicious and very reasonably priced. I couldn't believe how good the burger and fries are. The dipping sauce is also amazing! Cocktails are also great. Wish there were a few more on the menu but it's a solid lineup. Overall a place worth checking out.
