This adorable neighborhood sushi restaurant has the capacity to meet all your sushi needs at an affordable price. Almost immediately, it was impossible to ignore the lovely seating arrangement. One can easily sit at the bar, by a window, or in the back to limit disruption. The mood in the room was always calm; I especially appreciated the serenity. Now for the fish, the salmon chirashi bowl is filled to the brim with salmon and was a delight to marvel at. Secondly, the sake nigiri platter is worth the advertised $39. The plate ranged from eel, salmon, tuna, egg, scallop, yellowtail, and other delectable treats. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but pay it no mind because you're bound to have an excellent meal! Oh, and the service was very kind and prompt.

We went in on a Thursday and were greeted by the staff instantly. The server was friendly and attentive. The sushi was AMAZING!!! The price was even better. My partner and I had about 6 rolls for $60. The sushi was fresh and came out quick. This place is locally owned and you’ll feel the vibe when you walk in. The server made sure we enjoyed our rolls and the chefs greeted us as we walked out. If you love sushi check them out! Can’t wait to come back :)

The food and drink were amazing. They are family owned, it has bar area for over 21+, and also has family area for the customers who come with kids. The music was energetic, but not too loud, we talked and laughed all night.

Busy spot on a Friday night. Scored hard to find, free, neighborhood street parking. Enjoyed our selection of rolls, garlic green beans and agedashi tofu. Super busy wait staff who got us everything we ordered with minimal pleasantries. We saw in the reviews the special vegetarian roll with sweet potato and avocado on the menu and it did not disappoint. They had a selection of other menu options suitable for our vegetarian dinner too. Seems like they had a steady stream of to-go orders which contributed to the fast-paced atmosphere.

We called 15 minutes after closing with no answer(which was expected) and then got called back 2 minutes later. I Asked if they could do a to go order and the staff said absolutely!! They said to show up in 15 minutes and our 4 rolls were ready!! We have showed up super close to closing time before and they again served us with no attitude and nothing but happiness! They even brought it out to our car!!! I have nothing to say but good about this restaurant!

Tsui is a great neighborhood sushi spot! The gyoza were crispy and delicious, the spicy tuna roll had the perfect amount of heat, and the seared salmon nigiri was actually incredible. That dish alone would make me come back. I had a Lychee martini that was really floral and not the best.. but definitely will be coming back for the food!

The sushi and appetizers were great. I would not recommend eating inside this restaurant at this time. They prioritize their to-go items over patrons inside. If you do order and eat inside the restaurant, order appetizers from the kitchen. The kitchen was able to get the our food out in about 15 minutes while the sushi bar took an 1 hour and 30 minutes. The food was great and I understand everyone is trying to make things work. But it would take a really long time to get drinks and water. Good food and I’d try coming back to eat inside when they’ve made changes.

The sushi is good, especially for the price. Not perfect, but everything generally tasted good and was plated exceptionally well. We had some critiques of the food. The seared salmon had a bit too much sauce and the golden lobster rolls too little. The tamago didn't taste fresh. The chicken karaage comes in popcorn size, which is great for the bar setting. The staff is very friendly here. They even pre-split our checks, which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately, they seem a bit understaffed.

Tsui Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that is right near Greenlake and serves great quality sushi at a reasonable price. The staff here is super friendly, sushi and food is made to order, and they have a good amount of seating inside that includes a bar area and a TV that they play movies on. Parking outside can be tough some times. Would definitely recommend spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls.

Great Sushi spot. Lots of different seating options with more private tables by the windows and lots of bar seats. Fish is high quality and generously cut, and service is always very friendly
