Baja Bistro is a treasure on Beacon Hill, and all of Seattle. Always welcoming, with great service and smiles, a diverse clientele all mingling with delicious food and drinks. The house margarita is crisp, the potato tacos to die for. Baja Bistro forever!
I mostly visit around lunchtime. The food is great. Most smaller Mexican food restaurants have great food, but this one has the added distinction of super good homemade corn tortillas, and a tangy, well-balanced salsa. Add to that really good drip coffee, and a strong community vibe (lots of neighborhood folk coming in), and its a cut above the usual.
Baja is back and somehow the food is like significantly better than before (it was already great). Spectacular north Mexican regional food, and great margaritas as always. New space is very nice and tasteful. Drag nights as fun as ever. Plus this family is a pillar of the beacon hill community.
Rejoice! Baja Bistro is back in North Beacon! Lovely margaritas, brunch options, and a nice new space with plenty of natural light.
Welcome back home.
I'm so happy they are back on Beacon Hill in their new space. Same great food and good service. The atmosphere needs a little help as far as noise level as the main dining area can be loud. If you prefer quiet, sit closer to the bar. Welcome back!
Makes me so happy that this neighborhood spot is back open. The food is lovely and the service is great. You can tell that people are happy that it’s back. Support this local business.
Such a beautiful community and neighborhood spot. OG classic on Beacon Hill. Best waitress, so sincere and friendly.
Food was delicious. This new location is conveniently on a busy area, and the inside is clean.
Nice addition to the neighborhood. 4-star food but they are friendly and some of the menu items are legitimately good.
A great local spot that I hope never goes away. The food is unique and authentic. I'd wager they have the best corn tortillas in Seattle. Prices are reasonable, they've got a great menu, and friendly staff.
Delicious food and amazing service! Their brunch menu is a great breakfast option in the area.
Wonderful cheap Mexican breakfast. Can't get much better than that combination. I have been here twice and I have gotten the chilequiles and the huevos de mexicana. Both were wonderful though I definitely like the chilequiles the best. Only complaint is they don't give you enough tortillas for the huevos. Staff are extremely nice and the inside of the cafe is very nice. I love me a good mural. They have this one hot sauce that is a strange green tealish color. Don't be put off, its delicious and spicy as hell. Love this cafe, you should go here.
