Review Commissary Korean Kitchen - Seattle

Affordable lunch spot! Good large portions too and tasty! Super close to the light rail station and my job. I’ve had a couple of things from this place but my favorite (especially during winter) is the Pho! (see picture)

Lots of delicious lunch options available for ~$10. I enjoyed my Kimchi & Dumplings Bibimbap. Nice atmosphere, individual tables as well as a large communal table. Two single-user bathrooms.

A nice variety of Korean food for lunch right near the courthouse. Bibimbap, udon, fried chicken, and bulgogi, all tasty. Sit at individual tables or a shared long table in the middle of the restaurant.

Delicious food, great prices for lunch, and the staff was very friendly and nice. Definitely plan on going back for the Korean Fried Chicken.

I’ve grabbed lunch from here multiple times, and it never disappoints. I thought the Korean Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious, but honestly I could eat the bibimbap for lunch every day of the week. I especially go for the spicy pork. In an area dominated by sandwich shops, this place is a nice addition!

Went here to use a discount deal, and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It's a bus your own style little place, not in the best location, but they make good Korean food. Simple menu, lots of fresh veggies. If you like Korean food, it's worth trying it out.

Big fan of Commissary Korean Kitchen, it's fast becoming my favorite lunch spot in Pioneer Square. Plentiful seating and an easy menu, portions are generous and really delicious! The staff here is fantastic as well

This is between 4/5 stars, so I rounded up. Only been here once as of this post. I got the Korean fried chicken and it is tasty AF. If you like fried chicken, you will enjoy this. It could use a little more default glaze. I think I will ask for extra next time. Though I did ask for some bibimbap sauce to go for dipping (so dank). The pickled veggies balance the greasy nature of the chicken perfectly. The location is not good, in terms of the amount of homeless and/or mentally ill on the sidewalk on third between James and Yesler. But, the inside is surprisingly nice for a place on 3rd Ave. The menu is hard to read while at the register since it is along a long wall to your right. Probably advantageous if there is a long line though. I ordered to-go and it was quick. I'll try the spicy version next time.

If you have jury duty or other business at the King County courthouse across the street, like fresh delicious food, and aren't scared of homeless dudes having arguments on the sidewalk outside, I highly recommend this popular and affordable place for lunch. If you're able to get there before noon there's no line, though they're busy with delivery orders.

The best. Seriously. The proprietors are a cute artists couple who literally work their tales off to make a great experience for all that come. The food is great. I feel bad that sometimes the activity in front of the store prevents many people from finding this gem.

This place is a gem!!! I was staving and don’t normally eat in the area - but wow. Just go inside and everything is clean and just cool. Great art on the walls - but even better is the food. The menu doesn’t stop and the staff are wonderful. It is an oasis in a rough neighborhood. Great news is they take mealpal - wonderful!!

Tasty, quick and well priced. Dumpling and kimchi bi bim bap is my go to. Eat in has both individual tables and big communal table for good options. It's a big room so conversation is easy and no need to shout. Also available as take out and peached delivery.

Had KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), was absolutely fantastic. If I lived in Seattle I would never leave this place, quiet and reasonably priced. Odd hours, but I can't knock them for that. Great food!

Delicious, amazing bulgogi and udon. Tried both, fell in love. Satisfying portions but not huge, ideal for lunch. Handsome space too, very light and open. Always get banchan.

Great place to get korean lunchbox dishes in downtown Seattle. Accepts Ritual app for po re order, good udon or bi bim nap, but I can't say no to 돼지 불고기 🤤. *if you dine in, buss your own tray

Simple and elegant interior with inexpensive and delicious food.

I get their chicken fairly frequently for lunch and it is always delicious. Good portion sizes too. I never walk away hungry!

Great food - I've been happy with everything I've tried here. Kind of in a sketchy area, but clean and nice inside. Plenty of room to eat in.

I ordered the shiitake mushroom and tofu bibimbap and it was just simply delicious. I hope that this place grows fruitfully. I plan on visiting again on my next day off.
