My new favorite spot for sandwiches !! If you are vegan this place is perfect if you have friends that aren't. They are very unique and innovative and the food is amazing. If I could I would live in their cupboards and eat all the scraps. They can make their buffalo fries vegan and they are so delicious, I can't wait to try the vegan parm sandwich. You can tell they put their heart into their food. I am seriously astonished by this place. Do not miss out on this if you get a chance to come here. So. Yummy.

Been here twice now and really enjoyed it. They have a great selection of hot sandwiches. Fries are always great and the folks that we've met there are very friendly. I'm looking forward to going back in and trying more things off their menu!

Cool new sandwich places in white center. Tons of variety in the sandwich options, had there take on the Cuban sandwich, pretty authentic tasting to me. Also the chili cheese fries was one of the best I had. The service is a little slow, when I came in, even though I was the only one, it still took 20 minutes to get my order. Will be back to try out some of the other sandwich options.

Everything I've tried here has been delicious. You can tell each item is a labor of love and has been perfected to be as tasty as possible. My favorites are the Companero (Cuban sandwich), the Big Bob, and the Dixie Mafia (spicy alert), but seriously everything is amazing. The fries are probably the best I've ever had and are not worth missing. Their cheese sauce is also addicting.

Great place. House smoked and cured meats. House-made sauces including ranch dressing and tartar. Grab and go salads and sides like Caesar salad, Mac salad, potato salad, etc.
All the sandwiches are good, so making a decision can be tough, but I won't you'll be disappointed. I, an unrepentant carnivore, find the vegan sandwiches here to be delicious.

wow. everything I ask myself about restaurants and eating out... like why would I pay for food if I can do better and they are not actually making anything from scratch...here they do!! everything except for the bread is made in house! great interior, great food lots of amazing hot sauces! I am not a "sandwich" person but really enjoyed the sandwiches here! had companero, Dixie mafia and a rude boy. all we're gobbled down immediately and myself and my family members said ... " Dam, great food! let's go back asap!" we want to try everything. quality food, great location, tasty and homemade...idk what more you can ask for!? they even have vegan and kids options and have specials to keep people Interested in what they will be cooking up next! def come by here!

Went in tonight with my family to check Brass Knuckle Bistro out. Everyone loved their choice, the gal at the counter was really friendly and personable, and we got out food pretty quickly. (We may have gotten in before the dinner rush.) Decor is cheerful and the restaurant was very clean. Food was reasonably priced; can't remember the last time we spent under $50 for a family of 4, including drinks and a beer. Definitely recommend!

I was not disappointed by this sandwich shop. I ordered a Companero, which is kind of a spicy pepper version of a Cubano. Sandwich was great, service was fast. I liked the 100% compostable waste...cup, napkins, wrapper, forks, all to the same place.
$2.00 Rainiers made me happy. I didn't understand why bud light was listed as better beer on the drink list. That's more up there with Rainier on the cheap stuff list don't ya think?

We ate at Brass Knuckle Bistro on opening day! We had the Campanero Sandwich and the Ed Ladou sandwich. Both were so rich with flavor without being too spicy, and loaded with fresh ingredients, all made "in house" in their scratch kitchen! Case is a magician with meat and creative ideas for sandwich combinations. I had the gluten free version on french fries with the contents on the Campenero sandwich. It was a delicious treat! We are looking forward to coming back soon to try new sandwiches and salads. The food and the staff are top notch!

Comfortable bistro with great staff. I ordered the Midmight Rose Sandwich absolutely my new favorite. Great combination of flavors with the jalapeno sauce, slaw and pastrami. We will be back!

I have been able to sample most of the hot sandwiches on the menu, and there isn't a bad one in the bunch. Be prepared for a wonderful culinary adventure, thanks to the creator of many of The Swinery's best sandwiches (including the Double B, featured on Grill Dads on the Food Network) and BKB's proprietor, Case Justham. An edgy yet homey ambiance with a cheeky sense of humor (one of the signs in the dining area says "We fired your mom...bus your own table!") completes the experience.
As a new addition to the growing bar and restaurant scene on 16th Avenue in White Center, this place shines.
