Bún bò huế here was amazing with perfect tender meat and the broth had a noticeably stronger flavour. Probably one of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had and it’s like a hidden gem restaurant. The waiter is incredibly friendly and pleasant.
As anticipated, the food is authentic and have been in business for many years. Sweet owners and plentiful in refillimg the hot water.
The parking lot is super sketchy but everything else is great.

This place is our go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese food. They have the best broken rice in Seattle. Their bun bo Hue always hit the spot and the flavor was very close to what I had in Vietnam.
