My favorite burger joint on the ave. Even with Just Burgers down the street. This is a great place for a cute date. Also the cleanest tables, always. Very clean and organized kitchen and space. Always peaceful. Neat little place to watch sports with friends too. A true staple.

Ordering is simple, it's a big checklist that you fill out. They have great toppings and are the only place I know that offers a halibut burger.
Their fries are very yummy and they're pretty quick too

Been a fan of this place for several years now. It's a fun hole-in-the-wall place to stumble on. Great access if your riding on the Burke-Gilman Trail and want to stop of somewhere to eat. The food is high quality and well made with good service. The burgers are large and reasonably priced. They give a generous serving of fries.

Its a great small burger joint. You get to customize everything you want on your burger, and so far each time it has been exactly right. The food is generally great here, with good portion sizes with big burgers and a lot of fries. Highly suggest it if you are near the university and want a burger.

It's great that you can choose your own ingredients and have your own unique burger. The fry portions are huge and is very filling. However, it is on the little pricey side for a hamburger. Overall, I would say it's worth a visit.

Good food, good price and they give you LOTS of curly fries! My build your own burger (I had crispy chicken, lettuce, bacon, stir-fried mushrooms, swiss cheese and ranch) was bomb. Also very conveniently close to me. I will get food from here again 👍🏻

Ok....so...probably, most people will think this is so weird, but I *still* think of this place from time to time. I went here 2 years ago. This was where I literally experienced the best burger I've ever had in my life. It took me awhile to search it from memory, but this is definitely it.
It's amazing how cheap the burgers are here for what you get. Seriously, if you're nearby, try this place. You won't regret it. It's seriously like getting a burger from a 5 star restaurant for less than $10 (not sure the prices now, but I doubt they're much higher). If I ever come back to WA (notice I said WA, not Seattle), I'm coming here. I dont care if I have to drive 3 hours, I'm doing it

This is one of the best value restaurants in the U-District. I work nearby and go here often. The staff is polite, the portions of the fries are huge. If you don't buy a soda you can eat for under 10 bucks easily and be very full. I usually split a side of fries with one other person because the amount of fries they give are so many.

Good food, Great atmosphere. The Jalapeño burger was delicious. Perfect seasoning on the meat, perfect amount of sauce. The place has a very comfortable atmosphere as well as friendly staff.

Burger surprise. I have passed by this little burger place countless times on my way to my favorite thai or vietnamese until last friday when one of my coworkers suggested it. she's been several times and said it was quick and clean. indeed it was and pretty good, too. i like how straight forward everything was, they only serve burgers, fries and drinks. simple and easy. the prices are reasonable and the refills are free. what more can you ask for from A Burger Place?

I feel likes its the kind of place I would open if I ever open a restaurant. <br/><br/>You walk in, you fill out a form detailing your desired burger (two patties, cheddar, bacon, onions, tomato, lettuce and special sauce for me) It's kind of like The Counter in the Bay Area.<br/><br/>The burgers aren't life changing, but it's a decent price, they cook'em pretty well and they have curly fries. <br/><br/>One of the better places on the Ave.

A good burger. The burgers are tasty. Make sure you go with the curly fries, and the stir-fried onions on your burger. This place can be a bit pricy for the average college student.
