High quality sushi for low prices! Service is alright, but you're mostly surrounded by a conveyor belt that promotes the menu for you. It's a great place for date night and to hang out with friends!
Best conveyor belt sushi in Seattle. More affordable than Blue C and featuring higher-quality sashimi than Sushiland, Sushi Maru stands out as my favorite place to enjoy conveyor belt sushi in Seattle. I recommend trying the Volcano Roll (topped with layers of fresh avocado) and Walnut Shrimp (coated in a sweet honey sauce). While there might be more of a wait, I would actually advise going during peak lunch or dinner hours as conveyor offerings can be hit-or-miss. For hot items such as Spring Rolls or Calamari remember to specify a fresh plate, otherwise you might be left with lukewarm Orange Chicken pulled from the belt. While there is also an excellently priced “happy hour” (50 cents off all plates), it’s nearly impossible to enjoy unless you work at Northgate Mall, as the discount ends surprisingly, and inconveniently early (running only from 12-330 pm, Monday - Friday).
We caught them at the right time (2 pm Sun). Lots of our faves, including a welcome surprise -- Spam & Egg Musubi -- you don't usually find at sushi conveyor belt restaurants. All fresh. Menu orders were slow or all out though. Otherwise, definitely worth repeat visits.

We had a birthday group of 10 to 15 show up with no reservations. They were very accommodating and very helpful. We stayed till 930 ish and they never rushed us at all and even offered to play music till we were done. They joked with us and kind hung out with us as well. It was an amazing night. Ive been there a few times but i will definitely be going back♡ the food is amazing and the service is amazing ♡♡
This place is getting 5 stars for the quality of sushi relative to the value. They have recently changed their prices where most dishes are at $2.25 a pop, and those plates were the majority of everything they served. I ended up getting 6 plates and it came to just over $13. You cannot beat that! When I'm on a budget and have a hankering for sushi, this will be my go-to spot.
Not sure why there's so many price-quality complaints. My grandma and I come here frequently for lunch because we can both eat our fill for less than 25$ combined. The sushi is tasty and we've never gotten sick from it. Staff is kind and helpful.
First time having sushi with the roomie and friend. I enjoyed it a lot. You have the option of ordering off a menu or taking plates as they come around. The menu items are priced and the food that comes on different plates are priced on the color of plates. The food overall is pretty good. They have a lot of rice and fish dishes. The atmosphere was a laid back classy atmosphere. Good experience overall. Can be pretty expensive depending on how much you order or decide to eat.
A tasty and fun experience! It's a conveyor belt style sushi place with excellent prices. They also have a menu you can order from if you want. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Would recommend absolutely!
A great place for some casual conveyor belt sushi! They also have a few select grill items you can order that are definitely worth it. The place can be pretty packed on Friday or Saturday evening, so plan accordingly. They also have a smallish bar for cocktails, but nothing very special in the drinks department.
