Please let us know where you’ve gone. NO ONE does teriyaki as good as you! My son and I keep looking for you to open again. What is happening? We are sick of all this less than pleasing teriyaki we’ve had to purchase elsewhere.❤️
Great portions, delicious food, and made to order. Call in your order because it's always 15-20 minutes until the food is ready...But I've never been disappointed.

The food was very good and so was the customer service. Love the option of having medium or large portions for the teriyaki. I still got full with the medium-sized plate. Cozy place and the wait is reasonable. I get food here every time my mom has to get her hair done at the place next door. 10/10
Amazing food, the taste it’s just perfect.
Really nice lady at the front counter. Sauces are tasty and available for purchase by the bottle. Very reasonably priced lunch special ($5.99) and menu overall. I know teriyaki and this place is good.
Best teriyaki I have had in Seattle! Well priced and the to stay meals were HUGE! We had to doggy bag. Also got the gyoza which came fried and also the best I’ve had! Owner and employees were very kind and friendly also.
Their chicken and beef yakisoba was amazing! They were out of broccoli so they substituted snow peas which was fine for us. The only down side is that takeout takes forever, so if you are planning on doing take out call first then go pick it up so you’re not sitting around.
I have been eating here religiously on Saturdays for the past 4 months. The Korean family who owns it is very friendly, helpful and willing to create the perfect meal for you. I was on a Whole30-type plan for over a month so I changed my standing lunch order (Chicken teriyaki lunch special w side gyoza) to Chicken Breast Teriyaki with no rice and no sauce plus a large side salad. It was SO much better then I have had anywhere in town.
Chicken Breast doesn't seem marinated like the normal teriyaki which was perfect for me, but something to keep in mind flavor-wise for people who are used to the marinated thighs shops usually serve.
Large side salad is huge & comes with almonds, raisins and orange slices.
I changed my order permanently to the order above but I have tried the yakisoba (really delicious and not all stuck together because of over cooked-gluten noodles), Gyoza (great texture and perfectly acidic sauce) & the homemade hot sauce is freakin awesome. I buy a bottle a month!
Try this place out. You'll love it!
I don't know what's not to like about this place. I have tried different Teriyaki places and they just can't compete. Wait time is about 15 minutes so I call in but fresh is ALWAYS good. Great people, huge portions!!!!
I used to go to the Sunny Teriyaki at Northgate until they closed down last year. Glad this one on Aurora has the same great taste even they are operated by different owners. Good portion for the price and chicken is tender.
I wanted something like Yasuko's (formerly of First Hill, now in Ballard, I think). This isn't that kind of teriyaki. The food was good and there was a lot of it. Really good service too, but I was there at a weird time and was the only person in the dining area.
Second time ordering food from here. Large portions (enough for leftovers) and everything tasted great. Tiny place but I get the food to go so it hasn't mattered to me.
We stayed at the comfort Inn just a block away. We were a little mislead as they did not deliver nor did their menu match what was on line but we gave it a shot anyway. It was so good it was hard to stop eating and the portions were huge for the money! You won't regrete!
The food is great, the amount of food that is served for is price is pretty big. I literally eat here everyday and every other teriyaki place doesn't even come close to how great their food taste here.
It was a great place to eat even if the meal to go. The cashier was very nice and polite. Very fast too, only ten minute. 😎👍
