This one was my favorite by a long shot. These guys in Ballard are organic – they roast with another local Seattle fav. This was a really great coffee; mild with great cherry notes.

Smooooth brew. ETG has by far and away the smooothest espresso in town ~ now even better that they roast their own. I used to avoid coffee in order to avoid sugar but their coffee is so NOT bitter, NOT acidic, that i can actually drink it straight. I admit "gluten free" scares me a little but they had gluten free scones this morning (all baked right there!) made with ginger and cardamom. DIVINE! Best scone I've ever had!

amazing little spot for coffee and baked goods. one of the few (perhaps the only?) coffee shop in fremont that bakes pastries on-site. and they're delicious! try the pear cake. i only wish they were open more days of the week. and/or later in the day.

They have a small storefront in Fremont so it can be easy to miss, even being on the main drag. But it’s absolutely worth seeking out and stopping by for their coffee, sourdough bread, or other baked goods and cookies. Google says they are still temporarily closed for COVID, but they’re open again. You just order right at the door essentially, so it’s certainly safe for social distancing.

This is my favorite coffee place in Fremont. I think the consistency of the coffee surpasses the other places around the area. The baked treats are delicious and I enjoy the flavors they offer!!! Come here!

Oh man that 24 hour bread. I think I love you. And the pat of honey butter. And so many other wonders baked perfectly on site…. (!!!!) - ah and the coffee is pretty good too.

I've been going here for about a decade. It's a true gem in Fremont. The freshly baked goods are amazing, and I will usually order something straight off the cooling rack. I've become so spoiled that I refuse to order warehouse-delivered baked goods in other coffee shops.

Superlative espresso served up by wonderful humans. I've been going here for decades and it's always been delicious. Tasty chocolate chip cookies, too.

Dainty coffee shop with exquisite decor. Coffee and pastries are good and the barista is really friendly. Mind that there’s a very limited seat (less than 4 chairs).

My absolute favorite coffee shop. The owner Lori is a completely delightful character with a thousand old-Seattle stories and she's often around to regale you if you wish. The tiny shop's decor is so so so cute and so small it always feels like an exclusive experience to grab a cup there. But it's all about THE COFFEE. Lori's roasts (Longshoreman's Daughter Coffee) are so sweet, rich, and dark. Her Holy Ship blend is outstanding: complex, flavorful, and just yummy. All the blends are great.. Her single origin Guji and Mexico are unique and lovely. I just can't say enough. I go out of my way to go there every week. Wait! I forgot to mention THE BAKED GOODS! She or her pastry chef make them all on site and they are so so so good. Packed with flavor: light when they are supposed to be light, moist when they are supposed to be moist, crumbly when they are meant to crumble. TOP DRAWER all around.

The best coffee shop in Seattle! ETG has been open since 1982 and is still operated by its owner, Lori. She roasts her own coffee and makes a fantastic latte. Their cabinet of treats is baked fresh in store every morning and is the highlight of my week. They're open Fridays and Saturdays during COVID - stop by, you won't be disappointed!
