Amazing service and great neighborhood spot. The tinga chicken tamale was a great portion and decent flavor, the chicken was cooked with care. The smoked queso was delicious, how could melted cheese and fried chips be bad.
The salmon tacos took it down a star, slightly fishy and way over salted, however this is where the service came in and saved the day the owner took the tacos off the bill. It is understandable that a new restaurant is working through fine tuning menu items and managing work flow, so there is hope that in a couple of weeks or months this place with be the best Mexican in Ravenna/Bryant.

Amazing food and the service is very friendly! The chips are homemade (incredibly good) and the salsa is amazing! And, the portions are HUGE! Highly recommended!

I like the atmosphere and the service deserves 5 stars but I wasn't overly excited about the food. I had a salad with chicken added and there was something sweet about it. I'm not a sweet in my salad kind of girl so I struggled. The tacos are small, like a bit smaller than street tacos but tasty. Husband had to ask for an additional order to fill up.

This place had amazing dishes. Every dish felt like I was eating it for the first time in a long while. We had the tuna ceviche, half chicken, short rib tacos, and mushroom tamales. All were amazing.
The tuna ceviche dish was a little small, but easily the favorite of our group, and we ordered a second one for the table. We couldn’t decide on a second favorite dish.
We all got margaritas, and agreed that they weren’t great; too sweet. Would recommend something else.
The prices aren’t cheap, but fair. The rest of the portions were good, the half chicken was large.

Fantastic Mexican food with respect for coastal traditions, flavors and ingredients. Friendly servers, lively atmosphere and great dishes to share. A little on the pricier end for Mexican food, but it's executed well. The margaritas are wonderful, and I highly recommend the side of picked vegetables, which have hints of tamarind and chili infused.
This place is a welcome addition to the growing Ravenna dining scene!

Slushy margaritas are perfectly tart and strong! House made chips are amazing, love the different salsa options. Shrimp ceviche is simple and delicately flavored. Had the guajillo chicken tacos which have a nice spice for all taste buds. The seasoning here is just right. Classy yet casual atmosphere!

I've been meaning to try this place for a few months now and I'm so glad I finally did! They've done some really fun work with the aesthetic inside--it's a good looking space with great ambiance. They have a pretty fantastic happy hour (just know it ends at 5:30*)—the house margaritas are awesome as were tacos and wings. The folks who own this place/work there are really kind and attentive. We had a great time and would happily come back.
*UPDATE: These wonderful people just extended happy hour to 6pm daily and then all day on Sundays. Woohoo!

Arriba Cantina has the best HH. Highly recommend the wings. Ryan and Kirk are also beyond the best!

Popped in to meet some old coworker friends tonight. First time here. Had two fantastic cocktails. The flautas, wings, poppers, and tacos were flavorful and well presented. Warm, friendly service, clean, welcoming atmosphere...perfect foil to the wind and rain outside. The owner hung up my coat for me.I'll be back to dive into the dinners. Sublime spot in the heart of Ravenna.

We love having this place close by! Really friendly and helpful employees and owners, lovely atmosphere, and the food is delicious. Our favorite is the house made guacamole, green salsa, and pork tamales. They have drink specials every day, and $2 Rainiers during Seahawks and Husky games now too! We take all of our out-of-town visitors here. Would definitely recommend!

We had the stuffed jalapenos and tamales (chicken and shrimp), with cocktails. It was all perfect and our server was so friendly! As neighbors, we are happy to see this place getting such a successful start. Here's to many more dinners at Arriba!!

Jalapeno margaritas! My lips were burning. Their happy hour is the best. Super strong $5 margaritas and $5 tacos with handmade tortillas. The carnitas melts in your mouth. Service is great. Definitely going back!

The place is new so I'm not judgmental on mistakes etc. The kitchen was backed up and the waitress did everything she could to make us happy. Food was little pretentious, the sea food dishes were small so you'll need to order sides.
Over all it's good, I'll go there again once they settle down a bit.

Absolutely amazing service. The bar tender kept providing drinks and food to our table, remembering exactly what each person needed in a party of 8-10, with late arrivals. Had separate bills ready immediately when asked. Amazing! Drinks were great, food was great.

We loved the food. We went for Mother's Day dinner, and had a great time. Don't skimp on the salsas--go for all 7! The shishito tacos were delicious, as were the salmon tacos. They had a little trouble with the timing of the carne asada but they worked hard to make it right. The menu is definitely a step above the standard Mexican fare.

Our 1st time in, the owner Ryan stopped to chat with us. The salsa's were inventive & delicious, the chips made to order. I had the spare rib tacos.... sooo good! Glad I was in town and was able to experience.

Food, service and ambience all good. Space is clean and simple with a festive touch. Outdoor seating is currently 21+ but they say they are working on sidewalk seating. Menu includes tacos, tamales, typical Mexican food with a twist.
