The staff is so nice! They made a new cookie and gave out a sample to let me try. Currently they said they are trying to expand hours from 3-9pm. They have a nice back area if you want a nicer place to sit

If you like grilled cheese you will love this event! They have a bunch of different places that serve lots of different kinds of grilled cheese that are amazing! Also you get a certain number of drink tokens to sample beer/wine beverages. It was really busy so be prepared to wait in lines a lot. Also there is the price of the admission and then you pay for the grilled cheese, so that was the main draw back.

These sandwiches are insanely tasty. Not your usual boring grilled cheeses. For example the BBQ Bomb is like shoving an entire bbq plater into a sandwich and locking it up with cheese. Crispy outside gooey middle. I left unable to stop thinking about the little bit of heaven I had just enjoyed and felt the need to rave to my friends. Just go here and thank me later. The inside decor is a little lack luster but they just recently opened so we’ll cut them a break, because when the sandwiches are this good who cares?
