Susu Dessert Bar - Seattle - Photo album

You can't find better deserts anywhere. They have a revolving variety of wonderful and exotic options for any pallet. There is always something new and delightful to try. It's a chefs choice kind of place right now, so you have to come in person to see what they have lined up beautifully in the wind
Never had a better dessert place than this. Can’t wait for the reopen, these pics are on the older side but prior to their close I went pretty regularly. Never had anything I didn’t like. You can taste the quality ingredients and it’s pretty safe to order anything and end up liking it.
Update - lychee cream pana cotta reminded us of the ispahan desserts we had in Paris. So exquisite and delicious! Update - the orange cupcake - wow. The strawberry cream puff - wow. Just get everything on display; you won’t be disappointed. These are literally very special pastries that you won’t f
This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Everything we got was delicious. The basque cheesecake was so light and airy. It was the first time I ever tried that style of cheesecake. First time trying kouign-amann too. I never see anything like this where I live! Maybe I’m not looking in t
I didn't know anything about this bakery, until I noticed a long line of people waiting outside the front entrance. I gave it a try and this is the best decision I made today. Their whiskey truffles are godsend from heaven. It has a rich flavor, from the combination of dark chocolate and truffles, b
I recognized this place from a bunch of Instagram posts and we stopped to try it. We ended up here at like noonish which is apparently late in the day so we couldn't have all of their offerings. We got the durian puff, the curry potato tart and whatever cookie they were offering. No complaints about
Earth shatteringly delicious. You MUST go. They make stuff I've never even heard of, and it's always so delicious, you need to sit down to gather your strength. Seriously, the Thai iced tea and yuzu macaroons are ABSURD. Those little dark things... Ugh. I can't even. The curry beef sandwich was SO t
Followed them for years and met them at a market. So delicious and delighted they have a store front. I recommend first time visitors to check out their menu and IG. I ordered Pâte à Choux Durian, Basque Cheesecake slice, Chocolate Hazelnut tart and Salted dark chocolate chip cookie. Everything was
They have many durian flavored desserts, which is rare around here! All of the desserts are beyond deliciously made, you can feel they put a lot of thoughts into making each items. Btw, the marshmallow on the their version of reese’s cup is super chewy, which adds a really nice texture!
First time here and thought overall the treats were good. Got one of the cookies, whiskey truffle and the durian cream puff. The cookie and truffle were good but not anything too crazy. I really enjoyed the durian cream puff! I thought that it was really good and had really good durian flavor. Will
Open 11a-3p Friday-Sunday. You can view the daily selection of pastries and cakes at the window and order at the door. They also have drinks and lunch specials. The durian puff pastry seems to be a popular item here. You can also bring your own Tupperware/containers if you want to help reduce waste
Durian pastries are a must try. Delicious. We did have to line up 15 minutes prior to opening to get one. Owners seem super cool.
Unfortunate time to open up but I hope they succeed. A casual dessert shop that’s not boba centric in the ID is welcome. The durian pate choux is delicious! Owners/chefs are friendly and they are deserving of support!
Really nice place for French/SE Asian desserts and pastries. Once people can start sitting in cafes without many restrictions, I know it'll be a great place to visit. They have done a really nice job with the interior design. I visited on a Friday afternoon an hour before closing so they did not hav
Exciting, new dessert/bakery place in the Chinatown-International District in Seattle. We tried couple of their bakery sweets, the highlights were the lemon bar and kouign-amann. The lemon bar had a lovely lavender scent to it, not too strong and just enough to entice the flavor buds. And you can
Have only tried the vegan desserts but they are VERY good. I appreciate that they always seem to have two vegan options available.
Great dessert place, we really love the cheesecake and whisky truffles. BUT the waiting line is CRAZY. We’ve been here couple times, and had to wait almost every time even when there are not that many people. The most recent time, we arrived right before it opened, and waited for almost two hours. T
I usually don't wait in line for anything, but I would happily break that rule for SUSU. It's that good. SUSU is a walk-up only shop in the International District that only opens Friday to Sunday from 11am to 3pm. If you want to have the whole menu to choose from, however, get there before 12pm oth
