We heard that Fran's Chocolate is one of the places to visit in Seattle, so we made sure to drop by this store.
The store was so clean and spacious. The chocolates were nicely displayed. The team member offered samples and suggestions while not coming across as intrusive.
We bought multiple boxes and chocolates. They were as good as their reputation conveys. We look forward to another visit.

I always refill my chocolate needs here š When I got introduced to Fran's chocolates after coming to Seattle, they immediately became my favorite alongside Valrhona.
The staff at UVil location are always so friendly and welcoming; such a delight to shop here!

Rich chocolates, but a little pricey. I ordered 7 chocolates and it was $17. Some were better than others, but the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. The nut-chocolates were more on the nutty than sweet side. The white chocolate was OK. The caramels weren't very sweet either. Everything was decent, but not my favorite

I love their truffles but their hot chocolate is also really good. It is very thick and smooth. All items are a bit pricy but good quality. Highly recommend for chocolate lovers.

Ariana( the part time student from University of Washington) is the best out of this location!!! She is super nice and make the best drinks( latte is surprisingly good!)

Chocolate here is pretty good, but the Mocha is quite sweet and pricy in my opinion.
Still a good choice for chocolate and if you like hot chocolate or sweet mocha lovers!

Beautiful store with exceptional staff and choices of delicious chocolates. They were patient while I made my choices, and I appreciated the suggestions made. While my package of caramels and chocolates was being beautifully wrapped, I was given a free sample. Yum!Then my purchase was presented to me with a flourish. This was a special experience, and the quality of the candy and service is incredible.

Customer service was great! We were offered chocolate samples upon entering and were very knowledge when we had questions. We were interested in their hot chocolate mix and so they whipped up a sample of that as well. Great experience.

Excellent customer service. Very beautiful shop, feels like a quaint, classy boutique. Very clean and sanitary. They even gave us a little sample after our purchase. I would definitely recommend. Of course the chocolate is always tasty š

I went to Franās on Saturday morning right at opening time, and my boyfriend and I were the only patrons in the store. They allow up to 3 customers inside at a time. I ordered a few boxes of the smoked sea salt caramels as work gifts, and didnāt even realize that the employee that was helping us had thrown in some complimentary samples for us to try! Iāve never had anything from Franās before and didnāt intend to purchase anything for myself, so Iām super excited that now Iāll be able to enjoy it as well. Excellent customer service, and Iām sure their chocolates are excellent as well.

A decent place to get coffee at U. Village if youāre looking for something other than Star_ucks although you canāt sit inside to enjoy it. The mocha is a bit too much when it comes to the amount of chocolate and price.

We visited Fran's chocolates with our 3 year old. The people who worked there were so friendly and kind to us, even when our child was loud and naughty. We are grateful as parents that we are not penalized from experiencing the fine chocolates and coffee.
To get to the quality of chocolates and coffee, they were top notch. We bought some dark chocolates and it was so smooth and delicious, I'm already thinking of going back.

We ordered a gift (grey & smoked salt caramels) from Fran's Chocolates being sent to Arizona last week. We were super impressed and thankful that the company was monitoring the weather for the delivery. Given the hot temperatures expected, Fran's upgraded the shipping to overnight delivery for free and packed the package with ice and other insulation to ensure that the chocolate arrived in perfect condition for the birthday girl. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Fran's!

They had to ask us to step out as there were more than 3 people in the small store. We did, and then they gave us samples when we returned a few minutes later. They were very kind about the whole episode and apologized profusely. They also serve lattes and can sub oatmilk for cow. I really appreciate that touch. Lovely place and lovely people!
