A quaint lovely place serving Indian cuisine. Though the name says thali, which is their speciality, they have an alacarte menu.
The food is excellent : not your typical Indian fare. Wish the service was also on par. The staff are friendly, but getting attention and food does take time.
Pretty close to authentic Indian home made food... only less spicy. Only reason for deducting a star is chapati.. it was frozen one.
Had full size thali, and i was able to finish it along with a lassi.
Staff was super friendly.
All in all I will come back again.
Forget to mention.. salty lassi was
One of the best indian food places I have ever been to in USA. Its a new regional taste every month and the preparations are tasty and worth a shot. Definitely recommended!!
We had pakoras and Chai alongwith coconut burfi at this place and i must say that this unique restaurant is a must visit for anyone in Seattle. Great food variety, huge quantity and superb quality and not to forget awesome service . They are favorite with locals and for us visitors, this place turned
Loved it. The food didnt have the oily quality found in a lot of other restaurants. It allhad such a fresh "homecooked" feel. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere and the people there feel comforting if that makes any sense. Their samosas are the best somosas I've ever had.
We ordered assorted pakora, a banana lassi and 2 full thali. The pakora were really nice. The thali was presented really well, however, the taste was average.
Good food. Lack spices a bit, but I can’t blame the chef as it’s based on how people prefer in States.
Good thing is they serve / cook freshly prepared meals. So when we asked for thali we had to wait 1 hour . Exactly!!!!
That too during the time of LUNCH on weekend. So be prepared for that. Pack s
I love the food and the quantity of it. Worth spending $$ here. Masala chai was awesome
The food is really good, very authentic and flavorful. Since they are permanently closing, the wait is crazy long... Bring a book
Still clean, fresh and tasty food. They will take sometime to get the food but it's worth the wait
The place itself is homely and cozy.. Service is great and food is good different..
Homemade indian food, with great taste, top indian restaurant in Washington, It's a hidden gem, because it's hard to find without Google maps because it's inside a house and there is only street parking.
Omg. Shut up. Is there a sixth star option? This place is amazing. The menu rotates once a month, and I will be back every month.
Food is delicious. Tastes like home made. The place is cozy and has a good ambience. The only downside is that the wait time is too long. They serve different Thalis during different times of the year. The quantity, though sufficient doesn't match the quantity you expect in an Indian 'Thali' keeping
I really liked the food here, the Thali, garlic naan and chats. But, the serve time was too slow. They accepted this fact when I spoke with them, but it's just weird waiting for food for a long time. It's a testimony of how good the food is that I am willing to go try again inspire of the serve time
