Great wine store, I have been a customer for the 20 years they have been in 3 Ballard locations. Excellent European selection in addition to Northwest wines. Very knowledgeable team and a family owned business. Stop by and check it out!
Phenomenal wine shop. The two owners share an excitement for their selection with patrons, no matter their familiarity of wine. Their wine club is a better alternative to single-wine maker options, and they deliver to local addresses.

Excellent wine shop with a diverse selection at great prices. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We do a lot of our personal wine shopping here as well as gifts for friends and clients. They offer discounts on cases, and I typically will give a price point and have them surprise me. Always a treat to open up that box when I get home!
Extensive selection of nice wines and with plenty of local choices to choose from.
Parking was easy to get to and very accessible from the street.
Their beer section leaves a little to be desired but the staff make up for it with their friendly demeanor and helpfulness with everything else.

I love their selection of Spanish wines. The owner made me aware of their tasting room times during the week. Will definitely be back to sample some of their goods. If you love nearby you owe it to yourself to come check this place out! It's not cheap wine, but good wine.
I really enjoyed Portalis Wine Shop and Wine Bar. i had a great glass of wine (i had a Sarah, i think there were two kinds, i don't remember which one i had). the atmosphere is really great and comfy. the servers there were both very kind and attentive. it wasn't too busy when we got there, but it picked up a bit and died down again. the flatbeds are really good. overall, i had a wonderful experience there.
Great selection of wine. Not huge, but selected with care by a clearly knowledgeable individual. Just as important is the advice. Friendly, accessible but not pushy. Not looking to spend your money unnecessarily. Would (did) go out of my way to shop here.
This wine shop is ideal for all of your alcohol and liquor requirements. They featured a large selection of wines and beers.They are significantly less expensive than any other wine shop in the city or in the malls. You may also dine and eat here, since they offer extremely elegant and comfortable seats inside.
Excellent shop. Every single wine has been tasted by the owner. No matter what pricepoint you're shopping at, you will get a great bottle. Tell them what you'll be eating with the wine, and they'll suggest an excellent pairing.
