Amazing thin crust pizza with gluten free option. Outstanding fresh home made ice cream! Has a nice cozy feel down home feel and the employees are very curious and do a fantastic job!

Conveniently located near the interstate. This place is great for pizza lovers. They capitalize on the trifecta; pizza, ice cream, and beer. Great staff too!

We take some pizza and salad (spinach) home from here to mix up our Friday pizza night. Good thin crust with a nice texture to it. We get extra sauce as it can be a little thin for us but that would be our only ding for Flying Squirrel but it is easily remedied via a request. Staff is always friendly and quick when we choose to dine in as well.

The bacon, caramelized onion, blue cheese pizza is hands down my fave pizza in Seattle! I recommend getting the larger size - you won’t regret it. A little pricey but that’s this area. Their ranch is also delicious for all my fellow ranch aficionados. I wish they had their tiramisu but I guess I’ll just have to go back :)

Awesome place! AMAZING pizza with very unique names. Sizes available for 1-4 people. Super busy place, but exceptionally fast service and hard working staff. Small, yet excellent selection of beers on tap. And they have ice cream! What more do you need? Only setback is it's small and kind of crowded. Definitely worth it though. Would strongly recommend to any pizza/beer lover!

Wonderful food! Fantastic, high-quality ingredients. The owners only buy the best they can get. If they can buy local and organic, they do! And the difference is noticeable. The staff is great, and the home-made ice cream is phenomenal. This is the best pizza I've had in Seattle so far. I'm a pizza snob.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had in Seattle. We got two pizzas that I highly recommend: potatoes and chicken sausage, and another with prosciutto and caramelized onions. They were busy but it was absolutely worth the wait!

As good of a pizza as I've found in Seattle. The crust is terrific, the pepperoni a natural casing that shrinks into perfect little grease cups, and the side of anchovy was excellent. The caesar dressing has a terrific funky flavor. Great value.

Good pizza. Nice staff. Only complaint is they won't seat a party of more that 4 unless all members of the party are present. And, they're super millitant about this policy. So, if your meeting friends there, be sure they're on time or you'll be waiting for a table and watching it fill up right in front of you. Still give them 5 stars though.

Hands down the best pizza in Seattle. Coming from a man who loves pizza of all persuasions this establishment has some of the best quality ingredients around. Wonderful craft cocktails. and a cozy atmosphere with a bar to one side. I suggest trying to get here early as it fills up quite quickly and people tend to stay awhile as the staff is friendly and quick to make sure you always have a drink. I have taken many out of towners here and nobody has ever complained. Keep it up flying squirrel!

The food, drinks, and staff were all amazing. Of course pizza is very subjective, but if you like a nice gourmet wood fired thin crust pizza served to you by a super friendly staff, then this is the spot! I filled up on pizza, so I didn't try any of their house made ice cream or key lime pie, but I saw some go out, and they looked delicious too.

EXCELLENT PIZZA. Between me and two other grown men, we felt a necessity to finish both our large pizzas because it was THAT good. Good price, good ingredients, we were able to watch a game on their TV's as well. Beer was great as well, and we also went for the homemade ice cream, but we were entirely too full from such great pizza.

Call to order a pizza for carry out. I got a pepperoni and sausage pizza. They had it ready in 15 minutes. The toppings were good, and overall so was the pizza and the price was fair. I would say the pizza is good bit not great. I would actually give them 3.5 stars if that was an option but I will give them 4 because they are local and the ingredients are fresh.

By far a great place for pizza and wine. This is a family place in the heart of Maple leaf. They are super friendly. For our kids as soon as we walk in we get a cheese pizza going. Service can be slow at times but worth the wait. The beet salad and meatballs is our favorites.

Extra points for having Lucille on tap. All the food I've had here in 5 or so visits has been great. Pizza, salads, appetizers. Very nice servers. A keeper. For those who remember the New York Pizza Place that was here before--it was wonderful. I used to love that place. The Flying Squirrel pizzas are, if anything, slightly better.

I can't believe if I haven't reviewed this place before now. I've been here many times and the pizza has been fabulous every single time. Top-notch service too! I wish I had found this place pre-pandemic so I could experience the service in person but for now I'm happy with my take out.

Favorite neighborhood spot. Can be crowded but the food and the staff are worth the wait. Take great care of our family, great local ingredients and wonderfully delicious pizza. Highly recommend - and can finish the evening with Bluebird Creamery ice cream to boot!
