Arashi Ramen - Seattle - Photo album

I always get the spicy miso tonkotsu ramen, mild spice level, and it’s always great. The Sapporo black beer is expensive but also great. Sometimes it is very busy on weekends. There was no wait and fast service on a Thursday night.
My favorite ramen place in the area. The tonkatsu broth is very flavorful. The chashu and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The egg is properly marinated. I also tried their gyoza which was nice thin dough perfectly crisped on the base and moist meat. Highly recommend this!

Our favorite Ramen, the place is very small but the food is great, also the customer service!! I would suggest for a party of four people max other than that it will be a hard time getting a table. I always come here and order the spicy miso ramen with an extra egg. The giosas and the honey somethin
Vegan friendly ramen available. Tasted great. It was not spicy, so we ended up adding some house made spice sauce which enhanced the flavors perfectly.
