The best Locomoco! So flavorful. Better than what we had in Hawaii. Love their Banger don as well, perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Great and promptly service. Definitely will go back.

Nice restaurant with decent amount of seating. We ordered the loco LOCO MOCO SCOTCH EGG, TIKKA TONKATSU DON, YUZU KAULIFLOWER KARAAGE, I really enjoyed the loco moco, it was seasoned well and very unique with the egg inside the meat, definitely great for photos. The cauliflower was extremely flavorful and I would definitely order again. My partner wasn’t crazy about the tonkatsu but he said it was good enough and I rated it a solid 8/10. This was a celebration dinner (noted this on the reservation) and our server Bri was kind enough to bring us the ANDAGI donuts - which were absolutely Mouth watering and I will definitely order these next time).
A few things to note: we tried eating here once but they said they were fully booked although the place looked empty (I think they take reservations very serious so make sure you reserve in advance- a deposit is needed but refunded if you show up!).

Beautiful plates, delicious food, warm service - highly rec! We got the hamachi crudo, cold compressed eggplant w miso caramel, and salmon ochazuke. I could’ve eaten another plate of the eggplant… it was sooo buttery and pillowy.

Believe the recent reviews, this place is 🔥! Very warm and intimate dining areas, small but inviting bar area, family style service and the food is really interesting AND delicious. The loco moco scotch egg and tikka tonkatsu don exceeded every expectation. If there was a single negative it would be the limited menu but even then - you don’t have to have a huge selection when what you make tastes this good!

Came here for my bday dinner. This is an Asian fusion restaurant and everything we had was super delicious. Small menu but something for everyone including a couple vegan options.
There were no mocktails on the menu but Bartender still made me a refreshing delicious mocktail inspired by one of their actual cocktails. Def would come back!

Best to bring your friends and family to try everything on the menu. The pork belly tho is hands down everyone’s favorite. But they’re all good. Layers of flavor that you don’t expect yet surprisingly harmonious.

Incredible food. Everything was fresh and flavorful, including the unique drinks. Very knowledgeable bartender that helped us pick sake to pair with our meals and the entire staff made us feel like regulars - so friendly!
We were told the menu changes weekly - if I lived in the area I'd be here all the time to see what they come up with next. Can't recommend this place enough.

I really can’t recommend Itsumono enough. This is our favorite restaurant in Seattle. Everything we’ve had here has been fantastic. Not only is the food great, the staff is exceptional. Mike and Hisato have created a wonderful atmosphere. Sean is a superbly talented chef, and TN skillfully makes creative and delicious drinks. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. I’d highly recommend checking Itsumono out!

4/8/2023: Mike and TN once again beat our expectations when we came to visit during Sakuracon. We ordered the Sakura seasonal drink and the bartender's choice (TN was bartending) and for the meal we ordered Wagyu Don and Furikake Halibut meal.
9/2/2022: I tried their food for the first time and I'm really impressed that their small bite and big bites are really good!!
4/15/2022: I know the bartender TN that works here. This is hands down the best weeb bar I have ever been to. Aside from the bartender being an amazing person. The drinks are great! The TVs all have some sort of anime playing. I just feel like I belong here. Nothing but great times with great friends.

Popped in here for a little happy hour with a friend, and now I want to come back and try more food and drinks! I order a flight of shochu (all of which was very tasty), and we ordered the nori tots and cauliflower to share, both being delicious. We also got the Seattle dog musubi, and that was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!
