Coba - Seattle - Photo album

Late lunch on a Sunday. No waiting for a table. Prompt service. Food was excellent. I had iced coffee, charred pork vermicelli and my dinning companion had the Tofu salad. Both dishes were delicious. Worth a visit!
Was excited that they had oxtail pho, at midnight no less! Unfortunately the oxtail was inedible and tough, do not order this here! The broth was flavorful and the Vietnamese coffee was good. Had to flag down help to leave, but we liked the music. Would return for a standard bowl of pho.
I stumbled upon COBA a few summers ago when in desperate need of nourishment. To my surprise, their entire menu is almost gluten-free! I loved it so much I went twice in one weekend. It’s now a tradition if I’m anywhere near Climate Pledge that I stop in for their GF Crispy Rolls and Lettuce wraps.
Food is worth going here for. Their drinks are surprisingly good and inventive. Strong too. Service definitely sucks from some employees but they are pretty busy and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of people working so it’s understandable. Definitely a long wait so get there early.
The establishment is easy to located. There is no parking, but it is walkable if you’re staying downtown. The place is big and welcoming. The staff is friendly and funny. The food is lovely, the Coba pho is a must to get, you won’t regret it. Overall, if you’re visiting Seattle I would recommend to
One of the most delicious Pho I had! Soothing broth with yummy noodle and meat 😋🤤 Big portion is did not try anything else. Very nice personnel and cute interior.
HOLY BANH MI!!! I’m in love 😍 I was originally going to go in for Pho, but I when I saw the Pork Belly Banh Mi on the menu I had to have it! The rolls were perfectly toasted, generously filled and bursting with flavor. And what the pho?!! A little side of peppery pho broth for dipping, like whaaa?
Saturday night in Nov, party of 2, about 6 pm, before a concert at Climate Pledge: We stood inside the front door with 5-7 other people for about 10 min before finally stepping up to the bar to ask what we were supposed to do. We then added our names to a digital waitlist via a tablet mounted to th
Always a pleasure coming here. There food is pretty much good mood food. Very dark inside but they have fun decor and a cool layout. Nice separation of spaces while still being open. Have fun looking for parking. Lol.
Superb fresh Vietnamese food with a nice little draught list to boot. Bun bo Hue was the star for me!
Neighborhood outside is okay-some homeless wandering around. There is plenty of parking on the street via paybyphone. The restaurant interior is quite spacious with seating that gives enough walkway to walk from the door to the bathroom. Options to sit along the wall, or to sit on high chairs or at
Really good foods and a quick wait despite the place being relatively full. Service is pretty curt but it’s because they’re very quick to serve you your food!! While I was here, there was a party with a crying child and the staff went out of their way to play children’s music across the speakers to
Good place for delicious Vietnamese food at a great price. Personally would pass on the fried spring crispy rolls but the papaya salad was quite delicious. Not huge portions but still very light and tasty and a good way to cut the richness. Ordered the Bo Kho which is definitely the highlight with
This is my favorite spot for pho!! They have really good vietnamese food and also have amazing cocktails 🤤the strawberry yum yum & rise n shine it’s to die for.
I had never tried Vietnamese food, but I wanted to try something new, so I stopped in. The food exceeded my expectations and the people working were so nice. It was a great experience.
This place is the real deal. Cocktails interesting, ingredients FRESH and vibe immaculate. I had to get the grilled beef short rib rice plate, no cucumber sub jalapeños, and found it to be incredibly tasty. The broth complimented the meal so well too! All in all a lovely dining experience that had
I enjoyed the food here. The grilled pork bahn mi was good, and the side of soup and fries were tasty too. I like the seasoning and sauce they give for the fries. For appetizers I got the crispy rolls and kimchi calamari. They were both okay, but next time I'd probably try something else. I think I
Wow! This is pho with finesse. They craft their food with a touch of elegance and a pinch of extravagance. Our passion fruit lemonade and basil mint lemonades were incredibly refreshing. The chicken lettuce wrap starter had amazing flavor in the stir-fry. The crisp lettuce and garnish perfectly clea
