Great location for a bite before the show at the Moore. Unfortunately, tonight was hectic as it took a long time for what we thought would be a quick order, two burgers. Popped in here after a show at Moore Theater next door. Service was friendly, atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The drink menu was lovely and included a number of mocktails for our non-drinkers.
Great place. Love their salad, scallop, and Belgian fries. Always great service, seating, great restroom. I also admire their Sherry list.
The whiskey selection was amazing and the service was even better! We had the most amazing night here. The bartender Travis was so good to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and introduced us to a variety of whiskeys we had never had and taught us all about them. Now i have new favorites! T
Ate here before concert at Moore Theatre - very close option with good food and excellent service. Menu varies but always has something for us.
Excellent spot. Went in for some espresso martinis for my buddy’s birthday. Wait staff was super kind. Prices aren’t bad considering what they could be in a spot like this.

Great cocktails, fantastic service. I didn't initially love the proprietary cocktails on their menu, so I chatted with the bartender who asked what flavors I like. She then made a rosemary Gin cocktail suggestion, which I said "yes" to. Flavors were wonderfully complex, yet smooth and unique.
Contemporary but comfortable decor, friendly, informative staff with a large and comprehensive liquor selection and a creatively planned cocktail menu. Walked in on a whim. Last evening in Seattle on a business trip. The signature cocktails are out of this world. The service on a busy Friday evening is outstanding. The server was attentive and eager to please.

I love this little bar. I want to keep it to myself but it's too good I always find myself telling everyone about it! If you like Gin come here for their housemade Gin & Tonics. Soo good! They rotate the tonics they make! Check them out for a good cocktail!
Relaxing and comfortable cocktail / hotel bar. Penny Royal is below the Palladian Hotel, displaying a rustic and modern fusion of a European setting. Penny has made it's footprint on the Seattle cocktail stage and is a must see.
Delicious night time treat of special cocktails. Located across from The Moore, went to PR after Kurt Vile show for birthday drinks. Excellent bartender, service and sips. Ambience is lovely.
