Marmite - Seattle - Photo album

My bf & I had a Saturday evening dinner here to celebrate my birthday, and it was so lovely. Our waiter was so nice, the ambience was warm and comforting, and food was delicious! My bf ordered the rabbit confit and I had the roasted chicken, both were yummy! The owner even came out and talked to us
Outstanding and delightful meal on a perfect Seattle day. The quenelles and the mushroom tart were superb as was the service and overall experience. Highly recommended.
My partner and I stopped here during Pride; it was super busy but the food was worth returning for. We started with the Pain au Beurre, which contained 7 slices of bread (3 types) and butter. I personally only enjoyed 1/3 types of bread but it was okay. For a main course, we split the Caillettes P
My friend and I were visiting from the Bay Area, we were walking by and took a look inside and decided to take a chance. The presentation of our food was amazing the taste of our food was impeccable. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Watching our food being made was one of the
Wonderful cocktails, decent French inspired cuisine in the heart of Capitol Hill. I would award 5 stars just on the cocktails alone however the food, although decent in flavor, was not mind blowing. Our potato chips were overly salted, however this was quickly rectified when notifying the staff and
As good as it's reputation. The food was quite sensational and the place has a great vibe. The sturgeon was particularly fabulous. One super minor quibble. We sat at the chef's counter and saw our dinner plated, but instead of giving it straight to us it sat for 5 minutes before the wait staff found
This might just be the best restaurant in Seattle. You know how some places make you want to go on and on about how good they are. Marmite is one of those. The Marmite team has some sort of, I don't know, a fluency with flavor. They know how to bring undertones to the surface, flavors you thought we
One of the hidden gems in Capitol Hill. It was our second time we went to Marmite, but this time on a very special date, Valentine's day. The restaurant was very cozy and quiet, where the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was delicious. The menu consisted four courses with a de
Wow! The service and food and wine here is so amazing. We had the brute, Chardonnay and then the red blend from DeLille for drinks. We tried the salad belge, coquilles Saint-Jacques, chips de tompinambour, pain au beurre, Napoleon de saumon, and the poitrine de faisan roti et sa compote de fruit. E
Very pleasant ambient. Great macchiato, and the food is absolutely well-prepared. A bit pricey, but worth the flavors. Be aware that the portions are small; not the best choice if you are hungry, unless you ask many menu items; they work better as appetizers, at least on the brunch menu.
Made from the freshest ingredients, the trout, gnocchi and the chocolate mousse were simply exceptional. The atmosphere, great service, together with seating at the open kitchen formed this as a unique experience for us. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing! Living in Vancouver, Canada, we often travel to Seattle for a night and try to find a great place to eat. After enjoying brunch at Marmite, we knew we had to come back to try their dinner. Every drink and dish was amazing. The staff, including the owner/head chef, went above and
Great little spot in the alley and nice chill setup for two. Great ambiance and food for me was different from my usual tasting but it's very unique and the staff was friendly. The heater above the table keeps you warm and the tent helps keep the tunnel winds away from you. They had the street close
Authentic modern French style cooking in a friendly non-stuffy atmosphere. The food is expertly prepared. We enjoyed a rich nettle soup with a chicken stock base, a fantastic dandelion salad that perfectly balanced the bitterness of the greens with salty bacon and delicious oil flavors. Perfectly coo
My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Marmite. The decor was splendid. The staff were amazing and the food delicious! A truly amazing dinner evening. We’ll come back again for sure! This is an unknown gem in the centre of Capitol Hill.
Oh my!!!! It's been a long time since I explored Seattle. Decided to walk to my favorite store Retrofit Home and stumbled into this fantastic spot for Sunday brunch. Who doesn't love fresh made potato chips... put that inside a fluffy omelet with the perfect amount of cheese and chives and pair t
