Pam's Kitchen - Seattle - Photo album

My friend used to work here so I wanted to try it. The owner, Pam, was super nice and happy to chat when I got there (see our selfie). And the food!! I never had Caribbean before, but after this it is one of my favorite cuisines 🤩 I ate the jerk chicken sandwich on coconut fried bread, with cassava
Authentic Caribbean food with really great service. We got the fresh Caribbean drinks coconut and rum based and really enjoyed it . We also got some entrees like sweet plantains, dal roti, jerk chicken and aloo patty. All of it were really good and was brought out fresh . Pam was really nice and w
Pam’s Kitchen is so iconically Caribbean from the food to the decor and the hospitality! Pam herself mentioned that the restaurant has made lists for one of the best Caribbean spots on the US! The staff are also so friendly, don’t be afraid to strike up a conversation on what their recommendations a
Pam's Kitchen is very dear to me. There are so few restaurants that serve Trinidadian food, and even fewer still that carry the variety of Trinidadian dishes that Pam's Kitchen has. We have a few restaurants in Metro Vancouver that serve Trinidadian food, and while they serve up some decent eats, th
I was looking for a place that gave me good Caribbean food and a comfortable atmosphere. I discovered Pam's and the spacious atmosphere and reggae music draws you in once you step in. Once I finished I didn't want to leave once stuffed with food. So I just stayed a bit longer and ordered another dri
Great food, great service, the host even offered us free curry chicken after we ordered roti! Would come again!
I've always heard when visiting a Caribbean restaurant to be warned as they often run out of food! LoL That was definitely the case with Pam's Kitchen. A bit disappointing to be a first time visitor and there is no wait staff to answer your questions. Everything was through an app...order, pay, tip.
We just had a delightful meal at Pam’s. The Jerk chicken flaked off the bone with just the right amount of spice with a delicious coconut rice. Others had curry which were also savory and perfectly seasoned. We finished off with a cassava pone dessert which was subtly sweet and tasty. Pam came to in
Wow i cannot say enough about this wonderful place as a side note this is a 3 time Diners DriveIns & Dives when in Wallingford stop by & you wont be disappointed
I’m Caribbean so this place feels like home. Everything is done is authentic West Indian fashion. Pam and Anton are amazing people too. Seattle needs exposure to this cuisine!
Pam is amazing and her curries are to die for. The cocktails are so good that with only one you will be happy the entire evening. The chicken curry was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. The Trinidad Fruit Cake was exactly like my best friend’s mom’s cake! They take their time but it was
Yum yum Yum! My first Jamaican food and I haven't forgotten a bite. So delicious.
Found this spot by looking into dive, diners, and drive-ins. I saw Guy Fieri’s picture posted at the front door then I knew the food was going to be good. My instinct was right it did not disappoint! If you are looking for Caribbean food this is it! It has lots of seating definitely Caribbean Vibe w
Great first experience at Pam’s! We had the aloo pie, jerk chicken sandwich, and pelau with cassava pone for dessert. Great flavors and we got to meet Pam. The pan band playing was an added bonus.
There is simply put: no place like Pam’s Kitchen. This is especially true if you are there for the first Saturday of each month when they host live music. The warmth of Pam and the entire staff, and the general atmosphere is reason enough to stop by. The lively, warm atmosphere is especially winning
I have driven by this restaurant hundreds of times and never thought to stop by until yesterday. The service was great, along with the atmosphere. I ordered the veggie combo, fried plantains, and coco bread. The pumpkin dish was flavorful. I did not enjoy the callalo due to the okra, but the plantai
So incredibly delicious. I had the lamb curry and it was marvelous. The bread was a little sweet and such a lovely light texture. The aloo pies were AMAZING — definitely get those and also try the delightfully spicy ginger beer. (The jerk chicken and ribs were tasty, too.) Service was incredibly fr
