I enjoy the concept meshing pie and cocktails Service is prompt, kind, and the pie is not overly sweet. My partner and I split the Ballard Bumble Berry Crumble which utilized sliced apples marinated in berries in sugar to great affect. The result is a delicate pie, with an nice crust on top. We didn't have any cocktails, but I'd like to go in the future.

An amazing place open till late night when you are craving some dessert after a long drinking session with your friends.
They have sweet and savory pies and also serve alcohol.
We got the strawberry and the chocolate chip pie and had some Baileys to go with it.
Overall its a decent place and the service was good as well!

Always love coming to the pie bar. Great selections of drinks, but it’s all about the pies! Dinner pies are always incredible, and the dessert pies are simply out of this world. Every one of them is amazing, but the PB & J pie is on a whole different level! Definitely worth checking out!

Cute dessert bar with a large selection of pies. It can get a bit busy but the turn over is quite quick. Great place for dessert!

We used Pie Bar for our wedding dessert truck in June 2023. We have been long time fans of Pie Bar and wanted it to be part of our special day! The pie, of course, was delicious! However, Pie Bar was not the easiest to work with in terms of communication. I was in contact with an individual who took a deposit to reserve our wedding date months prior to the event. When it was a month out from the wedding and I hadn’t heard from anyone about finalizing our payment, I reached out via email to the person I had been corresponding with. No response. Emailed again. No response. I then found her cell phone number in my records and texted her. She casually mentioned she didn’t work at Pie Bar anymore, and then gave me the owner’s number so we could connect. The owner was extremely responsive and reassuring, however, I did feel that it should have been their job to more proactively communicate with me as the customer about their team turnover, rather than me as the customer going through that leg work. With all of the wedding stress mounting the month beforehand, it made us want to look into other dessert options. However, the day of the wedding, Pie Bar was on time and delivered! Our guests were raving about the pie and how yummy it was. We’re happy it all worked out!

Not a lot of places I know you can get pie so good, casually, and late than pie bar. Their apple crumble is amazing and it’s so nice it comes with ice cream. Perfect for 2 people, I’d come back!

Pie Bar is such a unique little gem!!!
A few years ago, my boyfriend and I would stop by just about every Sunday night. We would do late night happy hour at Matador… then go to Pie Bar after and try EVERY SINGLE flavor of pie, one by one each week, until we went through the entire menu!
Such a fun experience. All of the pies are amazing, but our favorites that really stand out are the Bumbleberry and PB&J Pie!!
The savory pies are amazing too, but I felt like they were a little small for an entire meal. They don’t have any appetizers or small plates, so I wished the servings were a little larger, especially when you’re extra hungry. However, if you share a slice of dessert pie after you should be golden. Those ones are HUGE, and great for sharing.
Loved all the fun & unique dessert drinks too. It’s a small intimate place, so it’s great for date night!

After an entire week of eating healthy and working out, the weekend was purely for treating myself. Oh and treat myself I did!
Everything about this restaurant is so inviting! The dim lights, the wooden interiors, the high seats, the tasteful wall decor all make this place feel perfectly warm and cozy. The staff is polite and friendly.
Finally coming to the best part, the pie is so decadent! I had the Chacha Chicken, a savoury pie and Chocolate Death for my sweet pie choice. Both slices were perfectly done and the filling delicious!
10/10 highly recommended !

Such an amazing place, pie and staff were top notch! We stayed for two hours enjoying drinks and chatting with the staff. I love that their craft cocktail menu is based off creations from their staff members. The berry bumble crumble was delicious! Thank you to the Pie Bar staff for being so inviting and welcoming us to Seattle!

Met up with friends at this amazing spot for pie and drinks! Arrived just long of happy hour (4-7pm everyday of the week). I enjoyed the pumpkin pietini and split a slice of the cookies and cream pie with my partner. Both were fantastic, but the dessert drinks were particularly fantastic. Also tried a sip of the apple pie moonshine, super refreshing and not too sweet A nice atmosphere for chatting, not too loud and cute aesthetic. A little expensive on the college budget, but definitely worth it as a fun treat! Would love to return.

Delicious! The banana cream pie is well justified with banana tastes and so rich, similar to a cheese cake. The cocktails are cute with egg whites design. Love it.

Really cool environment. I always feel super anxious going to new places but I was able to quickly relax and have a good time after a rough day at work. All of the workers there were super friendly and all together it was a lovely time. I will definitely be back for the hot schnopelete and the lemony snicket (highly recommend).

Love this place. Been here like 5 times since moving just a few months ago. The pies are so wonderful, drinks are good, it's open late, and people who work here are really nice. Kendra is awesome :) highly recommend Pie Bar.

Best pie I've ever had and I'm not even a pie person. Very high quality and a wide range of different kinds. I highly suggest the Samoa and cookies and cream. The lemon meringue martini is a also a great drink to try. Whenever I'm in Seattle I make sure to get a pie there and one to go.

The pie rivals my great grandma's and that's saying a lot. The staff are all genuine, incredibly nice and thoughtful. Bob helped me figure out the Uber App and even got me a free ride. This place is the "whole package" amazing pie, drinks, and staff. I can't recommend it enough!!

My night went from telling a friend "maybe we should venture out and try a new place...Pie Bar...its open, it has pie, booze, lets try it." to us having amazing slices of pie, great drinks, and amazing company from the staff. Thank you so much to Kelly and Olivia, and the rest of the staff for making our first time there a memorable one. The pie was SPOT ON! The granny smith apple crumble pie was like buttah! The strawberry rhubarb was tart and sweet just like it should be...so delicious! The drinks were very tasty and satisfying. My Nutella Chocolate Martini was dope! The staff was so friendly and so many laughs were shared, we walked out promising to come back again next weekend with more people. Terrific selection of savory and dessert pies, great drinks, great location in Ballard. The atmosphere is perfect...everyone was enjoying their drinks, their pies, and their company. This place was a home run.

Late at night... stumbling distance from Tractor Tavern. Great bar/pie tenders. Bourbon in a pie. A scoop of ice cream with each slice. We could have shared one slice, but why? We had the pecan (with bourbon and chocolate) and the peanut butter. And a tall glass of milk with a straw. Oh yea! Loved. Every. Bite.

Friends and I shared the peanut butter, banana, and the savory turkey, all were delicious!! Another patron there offered us a bite of their strawberry-rhubarb pie, which I normally dislike, and it was divine! Really friendly and patient staff, great customer base. I'd go back again for that yummy lavender-infused gin cocktail too!
