Saw the article from the Seattle Times and had to go check it out myself!! Cozy little restaurant (only 6 or so tables) with impeccable service, huge portions that are flavorful and delicious; fun music that isn't too loud. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience for the first time going to Mojito! The kitchen is small, so have patience, it will be worth your slight wait. It's a new favorite, and I can't wait to bring my friends here!

Not to disappoint! They treated us like family. Their food is legit, and their drinks are amazing and the best I've had. One of the area's best kept secrets for amazing Cuban food.

Absolutely the most delicious Venezuelan/ Caribbean restaurant in the greater Seattle area. Cute and cozy! Luam and his entire staff make you feel at home with their sweet personalities and welcoming smiles. I will make the 30-40 min drive over And over to eat their delicious food. Highly recommend this place if you want to try an authentic Caribbean flavor which is hard to get in the Seattle area!

Mojito is a hidden gem that I stumbled across! The service is great! The staff is super friendly, full of life and attentive! I had the Chicken & Beef Empanadas. Both were delicious. The empanadas had the crispiest & crunchiest crust on the dough that I’ve ever had which was refreshing because most empanadas tend to be soggy/ oily! The fillings were pretty good & the flavors were super authentic. Each empanada was $4. For my entree, I ordered the “Pabellón” $23. The dish is a shredded beef cooked in a red pepper, tomatoes & onion stew. The dish was served with white rice, black beans & platano maduros/ plantains. The server who took my order recommended that I also try the “Vaca Frita” which is a fried shredded beef dish. So he did half & half for the shredded beef options. The price was the same. The “Pabellón” itself was good, the sauce was a tad overpowered by tomatoes, so I couldn’t taste the red peppers or onions. The “Vaca Frita” was good but a little too hard for my liking. The shredded beef just ended up being on the dry side. The rice & beans were beyond delicious! It was soo delicious that I could eat a bowl of it by itself. My only complaint for the rice is that some parts were a little too wet. The beans had the perfect balance of flavor. The maduros was the perfect choice to accompany this meal. It brought the sweet element all of the savory components needed! It was cooked perfectly! It was some of the best I’ve had in a while! The food was served with 2 different sauces. A green sauce with a heat level of mild to medium & an orangish habanero sauce (pictured) with a super spicy heat level. Both sauces were soo good that I wish the restaurant sold bottles of them alone. These sauces tasted great on every menu item & elevated the taste of everything!

Mojito is truly a gem in the Maple Leaf neighborhood and beyond. They consistently deliver fantastic Latin cuisine that never fails to impress. The passion behind every dish is evident, and their commitment to bringing together food lovers is commendable. Their dedication to enriching the community resonates in every experience. A must-visit for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Latin flavor and community spirit!

I serendipitously found Mojito on Uber Eats, and I’m so happy I did. I had their Lechon Asado lunch, which consisted of shredded lechon, a melody of black beans and rice, fried yucca, and a tostone. Everything has the right balance of Latin-American flavor and heftiness. My partner and I have strong ties to Latin America, and it’s so refreshing to feel a zest from their affordable yet delicious food. Their spicy garlic salsa IS spicy. So much so that I was shocked most positively. The restaurant mimics a crossover between a hut, a bodega, and a shack, which is encased in bright colors, screaming Columbian and Venezuelan culture. Personally, I can’t wait to return.

This place is excellent, I can't wait to go back! Some of the friendliest service you can find in Seattle. The Vaca Frita and Camerones Carmen Miranda were 10/10. Great serving sizes, and delicious flavor. My partner got Pollo a la Parrilla and Beef Empamadas and loved them. We each got cocktails, and the total came out to $100 after tax. There's limited seating inside. When we arrived around 6p we got lucky as a spot was just opening up. Others who showed up later could wait for a spot inside, or eat outside right away. Food and drinks arrived very quickly! Parking was easy, there's a few spots right outside the restaraunt.

Delightfully eclectic is the motto here, and is showing in the decor, the music, the menu, and the service. All the food we tried were flavorful , but the pulled pork stuffed Arepa is tasty beyond description! We also love the Batido drink for its extra light and clean taste Thankful to have this small slice of tropical heaven in this beautiful but sometimes too gray city

We had an amazing lunch here the other day with empanadas, arepas, jones sodas, milanesa, pabellòn and more. The owner, Luam, is so warm and inviting and makes you feel like you’re at his home for lunch rather than a restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!

Great vibes and fantastic food in this Cuban/Peruvian restaurant. Luam is a generous, warm, and welcoming host. The kitchen staff all have giant smiles on their faces and kick out amazing food that is super reasonably priced even in today's market. I can't wait to go back! Oh! And for those who appreciate the little crunchy ice in your fountain drinks, they have it here 👌👌
