OMG! Amazing sandwich. It’s called the spectacular and spectacular is the best description. Make sure to have lots of napkins as it is big and messy. Looking forward to trying the rest of their sandwiches.😋

There's serious love and art in each item we've ordered. Generous servings of quality food...you can taste the skill and pride in each bite. Every element can stand on its own, the preparation of the bread, sauce, each meat, the crunch element...yum. You can taste the subtle smoke in the meat. It's definitely not BBQ, but a tasty smoked meat shop with delicious prepared options. I pick up a whole guanciale everytime I visit. It has that subtle smoke and rosemary flavor...yum. Great for carbonara. it's a small place. People are personable. Don't go if you're in a hurry or need something quick. Go when you have time to appreciate the effort, skill and love put into the prepared food options. Or go and check out some of the meat options you can purchase and prepare at home.

What a delicious find in West Seattle, we ordered the Swinery Burger, Cubano, Danger Fries & Poutine w/ Pull Pork.
Burger was a perfect medium rare and the Swinery Sauce gave it some Awesome Taste.
Both Fries dishes were so good, they can actually be a meal all on its own.
Cubano was flavorful and fully loaded with lots of meat.

One of the best burgers I have tried in Seattle.
I tried the September special and it was delicious! Not too greasy, good size, and fries were amazing too. Service was great and it actually has more space to sit in the back, so it is not just the small front side of the establishment. Definitely will be going back to try the rest.

i can honestly say they have the BEST cheeseburger in the city!!!!
plus the poutine is the most authentic we've had outside of Montreal....and possibly better than most places in Montreal. the owner kim took a long time to find the right purveyor with squeaky cheese curd which is the key to proper poutine...and the gravy is on point!! pro tip: the kitchen is run like a true restaurant (sit-down quality) so don't expect quick under 10 mins pickup, call ahead if you're in a hurry.

The Swinery makes everything with love. The pork belly is my guilty pleasure! You will melt into your seat when you eat it. Everything here is great, fantastic, but the pork belly is life changing.

My husband and I shared the Philly cheesesteak, and a side of fries. Best Philly cheesesteak we’ve ever had, and the fries were amazing too. We will definitely be back!
