Truly one of a kind store. Great produce, wide selection of seafood / meats and a truly epic selection of prepared foods round out the offerings. Don’t forget to save room to hit some of the many food stalls that line the hallway just outside the store.
Uwajimaya is a Japanese grocery store that has all the essential bakery, meat, seafood, noodles, rices and spices. They also have a mini food court that sells mochi donuts, bubble teas, fish cakes, Thai, Chinese, Korean and whole roast marinated duck cut to your liking.

Large grocery store specializing in Asian products with a food court, hot food sales, and even alcohol. It was really fun to browse the store as it has an extensive hot food section at affordable prices. There were a lot of products that I couldn’t find at other grocery stores like spam musubi. The
genuinely the most amazing store i’ve ever stumbled across. was in chinatown for lunch and decided to stop in, great selection of foods you can’t find anywhere else and tasty food court options. loved the bookstore inside as well!
When I stepped into this supermarket I thought it looked really neat and clean and spacious! The self-checkout stations look cool. I was surprised to find Royce chocolate store in here, it has some really good chocolates!
I visited Seattle, and Uwajimaya in 2017, and was impressed with the wide range and quality of products offered. The food court had a large selection of onigiri, which make for great snacks to carry while walking around the greater downtown area. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the prices of meat,
I bought MADE IN THE USA PRODUCTS, including the beer which was MADE IN THE USA.
I stop at an upscale Asian Supermarket in Seattle, Uwajimaya, to stock up on goodies for the next leg of my Circle America tour.

Wonderful supermarket with many multicultural offerings. I do suggest trying the pekking duck from the deli. It is absolutely fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and affordable!!

Cool place with a ton of culture in every corner! They have any kind of food from the east you could possibly want and then some. Decent prices and the store is cleaner than any grocery store I've ever been in. Check out the food court area and snacks, that's where the good stuff is!
Uwajimaya is an Asian supermarket in Seattle, and it has got to be one of my favourite supermarkets anywhere. Although they call themselves an Asian supermarket, I find that it leans very heavily towards the Japanese part of Asia!
