The food was excellent. The service was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS PROVIDED.
I'm from Southern California. Yup, I'm a tourist out here in Seattle. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by many plants, the scent of coffee, and the aesthetics of a winery. The line wasn't long. We ordered pretty quickly.
We sat near the window facing the entrance. The view was great. People watching was fun. People were lightly talking amongst each other. It was sort of a calm place.
Now, the food. To start off, we ordered a couple of pastries. We ordered a Rasberry Oat Bar and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The oat bar was heavy, full of flavor, and really made my taste buds pop. Homie-G was loving it! The chocolate chip cookie was fluffy and delightful. I'm not much of a chocolate fan, but I was still able to take a few bites.
Our main dishes are coming up! We ordered the Mr. West Club (roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, etc.) with a side of potatoes. Please see the pictures and videos! So good! The other dish was an egg and cheese croissant with bacon. See pictured and videos. That was also good. It was topped off with a cappuccino and an orange juice.
It could be because I'm a tourist from Southern California, but I would recommend this establishment. Next time, illtey something else that will pair well with a wine offering. Homie-G out!

During the two years I lived in Seattle, I had seen lines out the door of this coffee shop every single day. It wasn’t until I was staying at the Hyatt Regency across the street years later when I finally decided to wait in line for breakfast. I ended up returning every morning for the rest of my stay that week.
Even though the line to order is long, there’s usually plenty of seating and service is pretty quick.
The almond latte I ordered was HUGE and the cakes in the case up front are delicious.
It’s also a great place to stay for a while. Filled with hundreds of plants, it’s a great environment for morning meetings, reading, computer stuff, etc.

So good! The only thing not to like is the long line!
Cortado 5 stars - thick, creamy foam, strong aromatic espresso.
Shakshuka 5 stars - flavorful, served with pita bread. I want to eat it right now...
Turkish eggs 5 stars - a cold dish with perfectly cooked eggs on yogurt and butter.

Spent about 5 days at the Hyatt next door to this Cafe and it was the perfect casual comfort spot for me. Staff was just lovely and made this out of towner feel at home. Orange cream latte of month BEST latte I've ever had, I'll be obsessed with finding something remotely similar. Breakfast is also outrageously flavorful and baked goods are just amazing. Much love from Chicago!

The café was really conveniently located next to the Hyatt Regency. The food cost was a little on the high end for a quick stank, but overall the food was very tasty and prepared quickly. We also enjoyed that the outdoor seating area was dog friendly.

Great cafe. The food is really good and very friendly staff. I had the house cured salmon toast and it was really really good. The ham and cheese croissant was very good also and very good size portion.

Such a great Vibe!! I got an iced matcha latte and it wasn’t bitter which is my judge on a good matcha. Also got an avocado toast. Perfect amount of avocado! The line takes a bit to get through but once you’re through the line you get your food and drink quick! Highly recommend!

Eggs Shakshuka and Minas Chai Tea. Eggs we done just shy of hard boiled. Real talent to get them to that semi solid center but still gooey. Pitas brushed with olive oil and spice. Nice touch. And Yacht Rock in the background. Can't go wrong with Boz Scaggs/Hall and Oates.

Delicious breakfast place near several Hyatts and convention center. Had a wonderful selection of unique coffees and lattes. Quick service too. Would highly recommend!

Mr. West serves up a modern take on the 'café', with menu items served best for brunch or happy hour, along with a beautifully updated space designed for a high-end industrial feel. If you're looking for a good place for that first date person you just met online, this is a great option to bring them too. As you come in, you are placed in line to order food, as they don't provide table service, which I personally think is brilliant. Seating is comfortable for between 2 to 4 people per table. We chose a seat by the window for maximum people watching. Come early for your best chances of finding a seat. If you're ordering any sandwich or toast, I recommend getting either the shakshuka or tomato soup so that you have something to dip your left over bread. Overall though, I wish I could have given this place a perfect score but our drinks came out roughly 10 minutes after our meal, which is something I hope isn't usual for every visit, considering the price point of their offerings.

Super good! This coffee was some of the best I’ve had - both the Americano and the flavored latte were done impeccably.
When it came to the good, I was also in love…
Really lovely ambience with a refreshing, “open” feel. The Pear + Ricotta toast was great, but just needed a bit more burst of flavor. The Shakshuka took me right back to a home recipe and the eggs were cooked to absolute perfection!! Lovely mix of ingredients and seasonings.
My only hesitation in giving 5 stars was the steep pricing. For this price, I’d expect just a bit more for the food items, both in portion and/or side offerings. Nonetheless, incredible food and coffee!

Nice place for brunch. Curried Avocado toast is good! Good enough options for vegetarian!

I really struggle with whether to give this 4 or 4 stars. The food was very good though a bit expensive. We had avocado toast and coffee and ended up paying $50 after tax and tip... but maybe that's just the way things are these days in the city.
It has an upscale, modern Cafe feel with window seating so you can relax and watch the city go by.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

This place was recommended to me so was on my list for some time before I stopped in for lunch. No table service, you stand in line as soon as you enter to order at the counter and then hope there's a table available to sit at. There wasn't when we first got in line as it was quite busy inside, but by the time we ordered two tables had opened up. While waiting for our order, I staked out one of them while waiting for an employee to clear off the dirty dishes. It was a bit awkward standing next to a dirty table with some of our food in hand already. Once the table was cleared and we got seated the rest of the order was dropped off fairly quickly. My salad tasted good and was prepared exactly as specified (+egg, no cheese). It was a nice mix of ingredients and a satisfying lunch. Overall, the food was good and I might be inclined to try other items, but the service atmosphere was rather odd.

I recently visited for the first time, and the ambiance here is fantastic—cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Although I wasn't hungry and didn't order anything, my friends enjoyed their choices. Overall, a great experience. I plan to return and will update my review accordingly.

This place offers diverse international breakfast options. Their Spanish omelette was fresh, had the right amount of egg and was hard to stop eating. The avocado toast being one of the few vegan options could have been more elaborate. The huckleberry pop tart was unique and local. Servers weren't attentive.
