WOW!!!! Wonderful meal & not much more then say Earl’s in Bellevue. But the food was really delicious!!!
A foodies will be happy they came! We were there for a Birthday and had the grilled octopus first then chicken and hanging steak both were GREAT! We also had desserts and I had the pink cocktail again all very taste! Staff was just as wonderful too! We will go back! I have only one thought.... the ice tea didn't taste quite fresh, it was the only small issue. Go enjoy

This place was a random pick, and it was incredible! The smoked orange old fashioned was well composed. Our group of three had wild boar, beef, and risotto. All were carefully composed, and worth every penny. We ended up spending about $40 per person, without dessert and before tip for the friendly and attentive service, and we intend on going back.

Excellent food every time we go. Perfect service, attentive and friendly. Never had a miss on flavor or textures, the chefs make an amazing and conscientious menu based on seasonal variety. And everything is local! Lovely dining experience.

There are two main reasons that I love the Stumbling Goat Bistro: 1) it's not that far from my home; 2) their menu changes depending on what's in season.
My first visit to the Bistro, I had a chicken confet that was out of this world! It's probably the best chicken I've eaten...ever!
They always have a great selection of cheese on the menu (for those who don't have a dairy problem, like me) and I'm always up for trying something different from their drink menu.
Speaking of dairy issues, the wait staff are really good about guiding me towards things that either don't have dairy or something that can be substituted with olive oil instead.
I do recommend a reservation since it's a popular spot. The one down-side to the Bistro (which I'm not considering in my rating) is that it's hard to find street parking in that neighborhood.

Amazing everything, this is my new favorite brunch spot. Its so good we decided to hang out and get lunch as well because we didn't want to wait to try more items on their menu. I highly recommend the duck confit hash, and for $15 it cant be beat.

Seriously good southern food y'all. I'm from the Blue Ridge Mountains of northeast Georgia - same town where they filmed Deliverance - so I have some cred on this.
Fried Green Tomatoes, Hush Puppies, Collard Greens, Pimento Cheese!!! It's all amazing and it's all worth your time.
The staff was awesome too! Very friendly and obviously great at their jobs. I am a fan.

Mostly great. Mostly expensive. Mostly good service.
The Stumbling Goat will - more often than not - produce great steaks, salads, sides, and desserts. If you drink, they've got you covered with quality beverages.
It's classy enough to bring a date and laid back enough to hang out with a friend, or to have a business dinner. They're busy enough where you'll have to wait for a dinner table without a reservation on certain days; but most times, you'll be able to find a small table as a walk-in.
The Stumbling Goat is a nice place to eat or drink. If you're looking for fine dining in Phinney, it's one of the better restaurants.
But every once in a while, your medium steak is well done, or mostly fat, or you're portion is half the size of someone else's at the table who ordered the same thing (which means they don't cut their own steaks or the chef isn't maintaining quality control in the fridge). And those little mistakes hold the place back from being great.

Great cocktail (they make their own tonic water etc)+ great (southern) food, happened to be my favorite 80's music that night, indeed a nice little jewel in the hood.
However, no goat in the menu :'(

We have eaten there quite often. The food is excellent and the service is efficient and friendly.
The last time we were there, a minor error occured with our order. Despite the fact that it was but a minor issue, the staff bent over backwards to make things right.
Truly makes one feel welcome and guarantees repeat visits.

I have been to the Stumbling Goat about 5 times, and have loved it every time. The food and cocktails are great, and the service is fantastic. Even the decor makes me feel good. Make sure you try the Old Vermont cocktail!

Food is always consistent and excellent. As a regular they always offer specials that are delicious for both brunch and dinner. Cocktails are awesome to boot.

I like the food here I really do it gives you an amazing mouthful of flavor, but what this place gets the best is the desert here. I mean wow, I find myself just coming here for appetizers and desert, and if you try something try the Berry Turnover with vanilla and Rum, it is DELICIOUS!!

Wonderful vibe, great food, excellent drinks, and pinball machines! Such a shame that it's closing at the end of September, but the building is being torn down. RIP Stumbling Goat/Goat on Greenwood.

Delicious cocktails, wonderful Pacific NW fare and excellent service. The menu is inventive and utilizes local produce and meats that are cooked to perfection.

The best craft cocktails in Seattle, and an incredible locally sourced menu.
My wife and I go to the Stumbling Goat whenever we have the opportunity :-) We love this place!
