La Spiga rocks! The best prosciutto in town? Check. The best Aperol Spritz in town? Check! The best ragu, piadina, sauces? Check, check, check! It's genuine, it's Italian food flavors at its best in a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Great spot.

One of the few regionally authentic restaurants in the USA. Chef Sabrina and Pietro have enriched Seattle culinary choices since they first opened the first Osteria on Broadway. Everything is made fresh daily with the best ingredients. Such a great wine list too!

Last month I surprised my husband and brought him here for his birthday dinner, partially because we missed out on fundraiser tickets where Chef Sabrina was the featured chef, but also because we really enjoy authentic Italian cuisine! Well, this was the finest we've ever had! From the moment we walked into the historical building we were fascinated with it's high ceiling, large beams, inviting atmosphere and artsy decor. After being seated, we perused an impressive Italian wine list and settled on a red blend that was just perfect. Along with the wine, we thoroughly enjoyed a selection of Osteria's masterfully prepared appetizers, warm flatbread, pasta, and dessert! The friendly waitstaff and attentive service also adds to my excellent 5 star rating! This will be our new special go-to place from now on when we come to Seattle! Molte grazie Osteria La Spiga, for helping me create a most memorable and perfect birthday experience for my husband!

Very typical Italian food. Simple and very well done. The gnocchetti di ricotta with ragù di prosciutto were amazing.. same for the sorbetto with blackberry and sangiovese wine.. delicious...

Great environment - spacious with good vibe, for dating as the live jazz piano and singing was a huge plus! Food-wise is good but not like amazing, with a wide selection of pasta 🍝, desserts 🍨, and drinks. Maybe we just didn’t order the right stuff while I had a really high expectation.

Good Italian food in a beautiful space. Excellent for gluten-free (GF) folks with a lot of GF options, including GF pasta). Favs were the Crostini del Poggio Rosso (crostini topped with pate and slices of beef tenderloin and truffle oil - $8 per piece) and their Grandma's tiramisu (light, unctuously creamy, and not too sweet). Also got the Gnocchetti con Salsiccia e Spinaci (ricotta gnocchi with spinach, sausage and tomato - $23) and Tagliatelle al Ragu (meat and tomato sauce - $21), both were good. While overall a little pricey for my taste, the ambience and cocktails make this a cute date night out.

Hands Down Best Italian in Seattle. For 25 years they've been consistently making fresh pasta that will win the hearts of anyone in minutes. The portions are light but full of soul. The flavors are some how bold and subtle at the same time. Beautiful options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarians. Stunning atmosphere especially if live music is happening. Events here are remebered for a lifetime.

This is a top tier option for vegan Italian food in the country. It doesn't rely on vegan cheese, but good quality olive oil, herbs and vegetables. There is atleast one vegan and one vegetarian option in each section of the menu. The casserole was favorite; a little expensive, but very hearty, healthy and comforting. Additionally they have live jazz piano!! We had a magical evening here with good food, service and music.

I was looking for Italian tonight and walked into la Spiga. If you haven't been here, you are missing out. The Gnocchetti was incredible! The Iuli Barbera was excellent. I'm not a desert guy but the 1980 Kopke Port was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. The staff was friendly, fun and attentive. The restaurant is spacious yet comfortable.

We had such a wonderful experience. We were sat in a booth and it was my partners birthday and he was wearing a silly hat our daughter made and the waiter brought us two glasses of Prosecco to start. He was kind, patient and brought our young daughters dinner out first which was greatly appreciated. We got a full salad to share and it was huge. Maybe we would have even been able to split one! The GF pasta was so good, and paired perfectly with the bolognese sauce. I ordered a glass of Lambrusco, and for dessert the flourless chocolate cake. I was expecting the usual dark chocolate almost torte type cake flourless chocolate cakes usually are, but it was more like a cookie cake. It was amazing, especially eaten with some of our littles salted caramel gelato. I am looking forward to going back soon. It was a really nice family night out.

Looking for a new place for team dinners for work? This place is perfect for your next event. Upstairs there is a secluded sitting space that holds roughly 15-20 comfortably. We had 4 course delivered and dedicated waitress support who was so nice. Love how the atmosphere was comfortable and not too loud for conversations.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Our server was attentive and nice without being intrusive. He was hard to hear through two masks over the noise (very loud table nearby) but that’s hardly his fault. We definitely would go back!

This restaurant has everything: a clean, modern and warming ambiance; a vast selection of wines and drinks - and a barman able to mix them right, no fuz - just right; an ever welcoming and uplifting manager - Pietro; and above all - the authentic Italian food prepared for you by the brilliant Chef Sabrina. The menu is a modern and improved reading of the homy and earthy cucine typical of Emilia Romagna region. Every plate is excellent, the Stinco di Maiale (Pork Shank) being my personal favorite. If you are thinking Italian tonight and you haven't tried Osteria La Spiga yet, you have been missing out. You are welcome :)

Osteria La Spiga is an Italian restaurant with good food and amazing service. The flavors of the dishes were delightful, showcasing the authenticity of Italian cuisine. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. However, the atmosphere was disappointingly loud, making it difficult to hold conversations comfortably. Furthermore, our table, located on the left side of the restaurant, seemed to be constantly vibrating, akin to being on a train. Despite these drawbacks, the overall quality of the food and service was commendable.
