Named one of the best Dim Sum restaurants in Chinatown/Seattle. There’s definitely a wait for this place and rightfully so. The food is fresh, simple, authentic and the portions are huge! The crispy pan fried shrimp, chives and sesame seed dumplings were delicious! The roasted duck was equal parts juicy with the signature crispy skin. The walnut shrimp was a surprising highlight to the meal. Def would recommend. Will come back next time I’m in the city.
Great spot to grab some dim sum. Food was tasty, portions large, and service excellent. The only issue I had was with the QR code ordering, I couldn't see what I had ordered after ordering, making it difficult to remember the names. Otherwise, a great experience.
Pretty good dim sum located In Chinatown of Seattle, was recommended by our hotel. Got there early on Sunday morning to get a seat. They have all the standard dim sum items from siu Mai to hai gow. Good start to your morning if you're a dim sum fan. Server also came around offering special item for the day. Contactless ordering through the website and decent pricing. It was their 20th year anniversary so they have been around for a long time! Recommend for standard dim sum cravings.
Descent dim sum. Chicken feet was a bit letdown (need to be cooked a little longer in my opinion).
This place is located in the heart of international district. We came at 9 am on Saturday so street parking wasn’t an issue. There was limited seating but we were seated relatively easily.
The dim sum we ordered were overall pretty good. I have been living in Toronto Canada for over 10 years and I can say the dim sum at this place is descent with some exceptions. What I was really impressed about this place is the speed of service. It took about 10 minutes from we sat down to get most of our dishes served! That was the fastest I have experienced in a dim sum restaurant!
The pastry was pretty good here but chicken feet was undercooked as I mentioned.
Overall it is pretty good place if you are in the mood for dim sum.
We always have a great time and meal when we go to jade garden. We tend to try different things each time we go and the food is always delicious. The staff is always attentive we always leave with a full belly and a happy heart having shared family style dinner at Jade Garden.
GOOOOOD DIM SUM!!! They've been around for 20 years. That says something! Contactless ordering. Scan QR code with your phone and order from there. You can pay with cash or credit card. The service was very nice. Food came out quickly and hot! I really liked the bean curd. Every item was delicious. Go early as it can get busy. Good spot if you're craving dim sum. I'd definitely go back. Yum!!!
Pretty good dimsum place, my friend took me here when I was visiting and I really liked it! We got the pan fried shrimp and chives, lava egg yolk bun, shrimp stuffed tofu, beef and cilantro rice roll, baked bbq pork buns which we liked in that order. Service was quick, there was no wait (granted on a Monday evening) and the tea was refreshing! Would recommend!
The food was very tasty!!! Tons of options and reasonable prices for the portions you get!!! The bbq pork buns were incredible, lemon chicken was delicious, bbq pork fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. Everything was so tasty, will definitely be back for the duck!!
Such a wonderful and delicious place for dim sum. So many incredible offerings it is hard to choose! Everything comes out so fast, and it’s easy to just add an extra thing here and there throughout your meal. Everything was so tasty, it’s hard to pick a favorite!
1st time eating here last night and everything was delicious
Baked pork buns, S&S chicken, Pork fried rice, Fried pot stickers and
MONGOLIAN BEEF was exceptional.
Food is a 5, service was fast but absolutely zero interaction with us. Not sure if that was a language barrier or what but when my husband left a fat tip because the food was so good he got a hug... so you figure that one out.
Jade Garden is a fantastic restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The servers were quick and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. The dim sum came out quickly, and the standout dish was the absolutely delicious shumai. It was so good, we were blown away. The affordability of each order was also a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend giving Jade Garden a try for anyone looking for quality Chinese cuisine, excellent service and affordable prices. We can't wait to go back and try their other offerings.
This place was recommended by a local. Very inviting when we came in the door. Brought us delicious hot tea. We placed our order and received our dumplings within minutes. Our meals came only a few minutes afterwards. We had sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Both were superb! Ordered pork dumplings which were amazing. My favorite item though was the steamed custard creamy buns. To die for! The people were very friendly and even gave us free sesame rolls to take home. Please visit this restaurant when you are able!!!
Looks can be deceiving! This place doesn’t look awesome on the outside, but you need to walk inside anyway. Absolutely amazing place for local Asian fare.
The inside is cute and homey. The hot tea offered at the table was exactly what we needed on a cold day. Ordered our meal (dumplings, rice, and beef) - it was served so quickly - and it all tasted amazing. Some of the best rice I’ve ever had, which feels like a weird thing to take note of.
Anyway, this is an easy recommendation. Great staff, fast service, and incredible food.
Good dim sum, particularly the BBQ pork buns and the shrimp dumplings/shrimp wontons! Oh and the wonton soup! You order from a QR code, there's no carts going by really. No reservations but we only waited maybe 15-20 mins at Sunday lunchtime for a table for 2. Service was good, employees nice, and food came quickly! Would return again.
After a 15min wait in a somewhat crowded waiting area we were seated in the back room which was cozy and clean. This is authentic dim sum and the food was great. Service was pretty good amongst the chaos which just cements the authenticity. We all had something we called our favorite. Giving 4 stars because I miss the carts and we had to order off of a QR code. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait on the weekend.
One of the best places to get dim sum in Seattle. It usually gets really busy here, you can see people waiting around the door outside. This time we went around lunch time and we got seated right away. I haven't been here in awhile and didn't realized they have expanded the back area, looks very nice! You have to order with your phone. Not all of the dim sum menu has pictures which is disappointing. Shumai, sticky rice, bbq pork bun, radish cake were delicious. Didn't like the shrimp with chives dumplings, the wrap was too thick. Fried shrimp dumpling was interesting, I usually preferred fried shrimp wontons.
The beef and chicken chow mein is the best in town. Huge portion, not greasy and they use actual egg noodles instead of spaghetti noodles like too many other places. I drive all the way from Tacoma to get this when I get the urge
